The room was spacious and very comfortable with a beautiful rounded window and balcony. Shower and bathroom was great, too.
Breakfast menu could be expanded a bit.

Luxury traditional style with modern elements.
Very comfortable with excellent staff and outstanding breakfast options.
The wellness is available only one hour per day and needs to be booked for private use. We did so and for this one hour the sauna and hot stone beds were not pre heated properly. This is the only tiny note for improvement.

The location is great and it seems to be the best option in Zakapone. The staff, especially the restaurant staff, are very friendly. There is a gaming room where the kids can play PlayStation, which they appreciated.
It is kind of help-yourself. There was no one to help with the luggage on check-in and check-out. I have to say it is among the worst hotels I booked, but perhaps the best option you can get in Zakapone.
