Very clean, spacious and stylish. Amayzing food in Cristina restaurant. Lovely SPA.

The location is great and it seems to be the best option in Zakapone. The staff, especially the restaurant staff, are very friendly. There is a gaming room where the kids can play PlayStation, which they appreciated.
It is kind of help-yourself. There was no one to help with the luggage on check-in and check-out. I have to say it is among the worst hotels I booked, but perhaps the best option you can get in Zakapone.
