The hotel was nice and clean, and it was only about a 10-minute walk from public transport. The location was convenient and overall we had a pleasant stay.
The only downside was that the beds were a little harder than I expected.

Nice property. Rooms were very basic but fit well into the price category. Very clean and lovely staff. Coffee in the foyer was a nice touch.
We left a jacket in the room and realised 3 days later. Unfortunately it could not be located. Disappointing lost property wasn’t followed up with us after we checked out.

Good location in Akihabara, short walk to train/subway station and shopping district, and a convenience store across the street. Staff very nice, patiently helping sort out a mix up with our booking. Room is reasonably spacious for Tokyo and can adequately accommodate two people, good shower/bathroom. The hotel is in a side street so it is pretty quiet, given it's in a very busy area. Cafe downstairs has excellent coffee and lovely staff.
Mattress a bit firm for me. A bedside lamp would be useful as would a suitcase stand. The design of futons on top of tatami platforms looks great, but the platforms tend to project some noise from neighbouring rooms. It's not intrusive, but noticeable at times. This layout might not suit people with mobility issues.

Value for money was good, nice little cafe
Rooms too small, also when you came out of the room you were essentially outside, felt unsafe as easy to get over the barrier and also very cold. Staff were friendly however not very knowledgable about where to eat, go or obtain taxis etc.
