Very nice self contained unit with good location.
Basic, good value, in pretty good condition. Happy 😊
Nothing really, we missed the 4pm check in and were not comfortable leaving bags outside the room . But that was our fault!

Spacious room, close to ueno train station and shopping center. But if you have knee problem and big luggage not good for you becos they dont have elevator

Good location
No city views. I queried this with the owner amd was told if I opened the door I could see the city. If the front door was open it would block the footpath. I found this comment amusing but rather rude. The second bed did not have a proper mattress, so was extremely uncomfortable for my son. Also the owners told me the unit had windows, which it did but they only opened into a tiny cavity space. You could not open them for fresh air. It felt as if you were locked away in a cell. I would not return here.
