About this house rental
Located in the Shirlington area of Arlington, the home is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. There are many restaurants around the corner in Shirlington Village. We are close to a few major highways, and you’ll love the proximity to everything in Arlington/Alexandria/Washington, D.C. For tourists, you are just 15 minutes away from all the monuments and museums that Washington, D.C. has to offer.
The house is a 1750 sq/ft three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath with a private garage and driveway with room for two more cars. We have three nice-sized bedrooms: the Master has a queen bed, an adjacent room has a queen bed, and one has a twin bed (there is also a Pack and Play).
Small dog friendly (25-30 pounds max) with a one-time pet fee. Long term rental discounts are available please message me!

This townhouse was as advertised and more! The rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space to unwind before and after family events in Arlington. Also, the location was great, with access to the grocery, church and restaurants. The host provided snacks and must have had advance notice of my ice dependency as there was a bowl of ice in the freezer ready to chill my favorite beverages during this hot weekend.The only bit of advice I would give to our host is to somehow illuminate the house number. We arrived later than expected--after dark--and I am afraid I gave several neighbors a scare as I ran up the steps on two other homes to check the house numbers.I hope I didn't cause too much anxiety in the neighborhood because of this. The third time was a charm and we were easily 'home.'

This was a great place to stay with my kids during our visit. Quiet neighborhood and the birds are amazing. We listened to them all day. The host was very accommodating with our unusual check-in/out schedule. It's very close to the bus route for sightseeing! Buy a Metro card before you get here if you're out of state. So much easier. (The stop is just a few minutes walk. Bus 77 S Walter Reed Dr NB @ S Pollard ST FS to N Highland St NB at 11th St N FS. Right in front of Mister Days. Walk up just bit to the Clarendon Metro Station. Take the Orange line going toward New Carrolton to the Smithsonian stop. Reverse to come home. Take the Orange line going towards Vienna, get off at Clarendon, and catch the 77 on the other side of the street from Mister Days. )We had a great stay here and it was wonderful to have laundry on-site. Driveway is a bit steep for low bottom cars so be careful pulling in and out.Thanks for making our stay comfortable!

Perfection location that met my family needs. The entire townhouse was well maintained and the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms were clean.

Very minimal furniture. SMALL queen in Primary bedroom. Small shower in Primary. No yard for kids. The foxes in the back were cool to watch.
