My wife and I were very pleased with this property for seeing all the major attractions in Paris. It is located in a very clean, safe business area of Paris with a 15 minute walk to the metro station and a 20-30 minute metro ride into the center of the city (just take the M1 line!). You access the keys via a lock box, so that was convenient. The bed was large and very firm/comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and quiet. It has an elevator to use with your luggage. There is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk that has everything you might need. The kitchen has many useful things. A little bonus -- the toilet has a bidet! I would definitely consider this place if you want to save some money and don't mind staying a little outside of the city. The M1 line is very convenient and allows you to hit all the major attractions easily!
The shower was often either too hot or too cold and a bit cumbersome to use, but workable. The tub is very high so you have to be cautious when you step out of it. Not a reason to avoid, but just keep in mind for safety.

Moja preporuka.

The location is great. I like the fact that the apartment is in a secure area with lots of commerce close by.
The AC was definitely a plus, having a great terrace as well.
The kitchen was a little old, the fridge could not close properly, there were no fan in the kitchen so it wasn’t the best idea to cook because of the smell afterwards. Fortunately, we’re in August so we could open the door and the window.
