L'appartamento è vicino al centro, raggiungibile in circa 10 Min a piedi. La host è una persona molto disponibile ed accogliente. La colazione, fai da te e rigorosamente all'italiana, è essenziale ma nel complesso soddisfacente.
Anche se vicina al centro, la zona non è bellissima soprattutto la sera
Il materasso è un po' duro, potrebbe beneficiare un topper.
La colazione prevede dolci secchi in gran parte preconfezionati ( biscotti/ cereali / muffin), risultando poco varia. Pere rendere l'offerta più completa può essere utile fornire qualche alternativa salata e anche qualche dolce un po' più tipico della tradizione modenese (es torta Barozzi, bensone, amaretti ecc.,)
Non c'è l'ascensore ( è comunque chiaramente specificato in descrizione)

Tutto, Nat è molto disponibile e risponde ad ogni richiesta/esigenza in tempi brevi. Per impegni di entrambi ci siamo potuti incontrare solo l'ultima mattina, ciò nonostante tutto ha funzionato. Consigliatissimo!
