The ambience of the area is so tranquil and quiet. Exactly what we were needing.
The cottage is set up so well, it feels large yet quaint.
The primary bed is amazing. So comfortable. It put us right to sleep and we were comfortable all night.
All the small touches make you feel at home upon walking through the door.

This was a well cared for and comfortable property in Rogers. You get a comfy bed, full kitchen, washer and dryer all on a private lot. It was also a nice retreat away from nearby Rogers and Bentonville because it was quiet. The hosts are readily available to help you as well.

We loved our stay here! We were a vendor at a large event in town so we had 3 vehicles and 2 trailers. There was plenty of parking and easy access to get in and out. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable! We have a toddler and there was plenty of open space for him to play! The location was great as well... close to town, but still felt secluded. Our hosts were wonderful and went the extra mile during our stay! We appreciate them and can't wait to come back!

I have been wanting to get away for a weekend and was recommended Beaver Lake. Read the reviews and and decided to book. I was very impressed bed clean and provided everything that was needed and more! I will definitely stay here again and recommend! They definitely have their hues in mind to make sure the satay is enjoyable!

This was a comfortable and beautiful little cottage that was a perfect place for us to stay. Daily, we entertained our not quite two year old granddaughter and there was plenty of space for her to toddle around and play. The kitchenette was perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast or easy lunch. The Hideaway was also within minutes of all of downtown Roger’s amenities. Perfect!

The bed in main bedroom was really warm so we started out with no covers;(way too heavy comforter). Then the air kicked on above us which was an odd place for vents & we were freezing. Drive to turn/back in was quite tricky with a boat/trailer.

Me and a couple of friends had a girls weekend, and this was the perfect place! Its remote so you feel like youre in the wilderness, but you arent actually far from civization.
It's clean, simple, and they have taken thoughtful steps like a drawer of chargers of different kinds. The fire pit area is adorable, theres a beautiful gully full of foliage right there. We enjoyed it!
Beds are memory foam, which is fine. I personally just get hot in those....but they were good beds.
We would definiyely stay again if were coming to the area!

Just a really terrific little place with many little extras you don’t find at many VRBOs… bottle of wine, marshmallows provided for the fire pit, coffee pods and ground coffee provided. Even mints on the pillows (for real!). Very clean and cozy. Extraordinarily quick responses from the hosts. It is also super affordable and would highly recommend for growing families.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The kitchen, table, and couches were in a shared room. The bedrooms were spacious, and the king bed was very comfortable. The cottage is located on a short private lane, which we appreciated for the privacy and the quiet. The property was clean and was exactly as shown on the internet. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Hilltop ‘Cottage’. Beautiful setting in the trees and great parking and access. Rooms are large and two bathrooms a plus. Easy to get to most places in NW Arkansas.

We were visiting Rogers to see our new grand baby. The cottage was exceptionally clean and cozy. We loved our stay there. The cottage was close to downtown Rogers and only 15 minutes from our grand baby which made everything easier. The host goes the extra mile with personal touches throughout the cottage. We will definitely be staying here again.

The cottage was our home away from home. Pretty much everything was provided for us. Very clean,comfy and cozy. The location was close to town,but yet far enough away you felt like you were in the woods. Great p!ace to stay.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Very quite neighborhood. The cottage was clean and well stocked. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us and rose petals on the bed for our anniversary celebration that was very thoughtful!!! We hope to stay there again some day!!!!

Wonderful cottage, great location.. perfect place
In town for the BBB with spouse and family. Kodee was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions/issues. House was perfect for our stay. Neighborhood is quite and had everything we needed and bedrooms are big and spacious. Laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Plenty of towels. Overall fantastic! Close to downtown Rogers and grocery stores and gas station 5 min away. Only regret was not getting to spend more time there or enjoying the fire pit or grill. Would definitely rent again next time we come to Rogers!

We got in two days of kayaking and especially enjoyed the serenity of Van Winkle Hollow only about 10 miles away. When I fumbled with gaining access to the cottage, our host responded immediately and help us resolve it. The amenities on the outside were a pleasant surprise as well; a circle drive for our trailer parking, a cute fire-pit area for relaxing and an outdoor grill although, for some reason, my wife declined cooking in favor of eating out where we enjoyed fine dining at the Bonefish Grill in Rogers, again only minutes away from the cottage. If you are a fan of Beaver Lake (as we are) you can't go wrong with this charming little cottage for convenience and comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it all over again. Thanks KoDee for being such a great host!

The cottage was exactly as described. No furniture in one of the bedrooms.. no dresser, no mirror, just a bed. The bathrooms were great, although there was a “bug” in between the two shower curtains. I should have saved it after killing it, but did not, to show it to the owners.
The kitchen was pretty basic, some of the backsplash was peeling off and it was sticky to the touch., All in all it was a nice place, but needed some attention in certain areas. The dryer was really loud and noisy but we just shut the door to the bathroom. No curtains on any of the windows.. just mini blinds.. and the bedrooms had nothing on the windows above. Kinda of creepy with the light on at night.
