This 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium duplex truly defines “mountain modern chic.” The living area features a beautiful rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and modern furnishings; you’ll instantly feel right at home! The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up memorable mountain meals should you decide to stay in instead of exploring the vibrant restaurant scene in Frisco. The attached dining area has room for six at the dining room table and there’s room for two more at the kitchen counter. There are multiple patios to enjoy the stellar mountain views or watch the starry Colorado night sky. Other amenities include a spacious one-car garage, a washer/ dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. We loved this property. If you've ever been to Breckenridge in the winter you know how important a heated garage is. This place had it all. Close to all 3 ski resorts nearby and super walkable to Main St in Frisco.

This is our 3rd August staying in Frisco and this place was by far the best so far. Location in town is perfect as we like to walk to the shops and restaurants. Since we stayed most of the month we prepared several meals there. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed and the quality of the was excellent. Great place.

Perfect location and accommodations! Clean place that is close to everything. Walk to everything that downtown Frisco has to offer - one block off the Main Street and everything cute and fun! Food, fun, quirky shops and concert series for the summer. Walk to the Frisco lake as well. Easy and quick drive to Breck, Keystone or Silverthorne. Just note - there are a few flights of stairs if you have lots of luggage or just don't like stairs :) Place is amazing and this wasn't an issue for us. Alley and garage is tight if you are in a full size SUV - again, not a problem for us and our Subaru but noting for others.

We were looking for a spot that was central to a few ski destinations at I don’t think we could have found a more ideal spot.
The location was perfect between Copper, Keystone, Breck & Vail. But on top of that this place was perfect for our family of 4. Modern, super clean, all the necessities & the location was perfect. Easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops. It’s literally located 1 block from a couple restaurants, bakery’s & bars.
The drive in and out of town was super easy and we didn’t have to deal with any resort traffic on the roads or in the restaurants.

We rented this unit for 17 days for skiing. We loved the ideal location to Main St. Frisco for access to shops and restaurants. The heated garage was a plus. During our stay we had another couple join us for a few days. The only caveat to mention is the second bedroom is a loft but is right beside the primary bedroom and uses a shared bathroom, so privacy for the loft bedroom was not ideal. Most units we've rented in the past have a loft that is on its own floor. The condo was well equipped and we loved the ample light coming in from three sides. The heated garage was definitely a plus. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor so initially while adjusting to the altitude it was a challenge to go from the garage to the top floor. We contacted Summit Mountain Rentals ac couple of times during our stay and they were prompt, professional, and friendly. A wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful (pictures are accurate). The perfect for families. Our truck was too big for the garage (we have a dodge Dooley) but the parking just outside the building was close and was easy parking. Location was perfect. Highly recommend.

The townhome is just as nice as the pictures indicate. It was immaculate and well appointed. It is walking distance from a dozen good restaurants and a few blocks in each direction from incredible trails. Frisco is just as beautiful as Breckinridge, but without the crowds or parking issues.
Summit Rentals, the management company, was a pleasure to deal with. We’re likely to return next year.

The condo was immaculate and one of the best stocked rentals/kitchens we have ever stayed in! We stayed with our family of 5 including 3 year old twins and a 1 year old (brought our own pack n play). There are 2 levels of stairs but our kiddos are all good at navigating stairs so it was no problem. Nice view from the condo and very convenient to walk all over Main Street area of Frisco. Our kids loved the playground by the river just a few minutes walk away. We had a large SUV (Suburban) and fit it in the garage once but after that decided to park on the gravel area on the 5th Avenue side of the building and that works great for us. Check in and check out process and communications with Summit Mountain Rentals was easy & smooth. Would stay here again for sure & recommend to anyone!

We were very pleased with the location and quality of the property. Well-furnished/decorated, comfy enough beds, many nice homey touches. Would absolutely recommend. Only slight concerns were there are plenty of stairs which can be a bit tough with luggage and the construction noises in the immediate area wake you up at the crack of dawn. All-in all an extremely positive experience in strategically located Frisco

To start, this place actually had ceiling fans which is rare with most places I've stayed in Colorado. Besides this, the condo had everything that we needed and the heated garage was a plus since we had some inclimate weather. Will definitely rent again. Thanks!
