Nestled in West Bay, this lovely house for $375 per night is a great option for your next break. Whether you have come to relax, soak up the sunshine or enjoy spectacular diving, our island home is for you! It is a newly refurbished and spacious town house set over 3 floors in a small complex with two pools, a beach, dive station, ladder to access the ocean and some of the best shore diving on the island! Family friendly, Close to the beaches and shops what more could you need? The House: The first floor is brightly decorated and open plan with a modern kitchen, eating area, lounge with large flat screen TV and a patio opening out onto one of 2 pools at Coconut Bay. This is perfect for chilling out or grilling dinner on the BBQ. The second floor has a modern family bathroom, washer and dryer, 2 large bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom the other has 2 twin beds. On the second floor is a large loft with a queen size bed, day bed, study area overlooking the pool. An en-suite bathroom and huge walk in closet. Outside: Coconut Bay is a small complex of townhomes and apartments with a tropical vibe 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi. The grounds are beautifully maintained and lead down to a man-made beach and the ocean. There is a dive operation (Stingray Water Sports) on site with a dive station that has tanks and weights available and gear can be rented at reasonable rates. Stingray Water Sports offers a 10% discount to Coconut Bay Residents. Nearby: Coconut Bay is located just around the corner from the Turtle farm, it is an easy drive or taxi to the local stores (including grocery store) and is a 2 minute walk from the Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Bar & Grill where you can sit and eat and drink and watch the sunset. Only a 10 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach or Camana Bay! Check in and Management: Our property manager lives on site and is there to welcome you when you arrive. He will be able to help you with local knowledge and booking excursions.

Best first trip to caymens. The condo was perfect for a family of 6 including a 3 and 5 year old. Loved the area quiet and close to 7 mile beaches and turtle farm. Cracked conch restaurant was amazing. Diving right outside your door. Loved it. Property manager Duncan was there on site and helped with any questions

We stayed at this property for 10 days in the summer of 2023. It was our second time staying at Coconut Bay, and I think we enjoyed this property more than the previous one we stayed at. The best thing about this property is the dive site. It is one of the best dives on the island. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that we only received a few trash bags and dishwasher tabs. It would have been nice to have a few more of those given the length of our stay. Other than that, it is definitely worth 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay #103. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean & it felt like home for a week. The property owners have anticipated every request from the beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. There were 4 of us, all male adults & the home was spacious. The onsite support person Duncan was easy accessible if there were any issues. We only had one small issue but was rectified promptly. This was our first time renting a property on VRBO & we were extremely happy that our first experience was a great one.

Well maintained property with excellent location for shore diving. My dive buddies loved this VRBO. We have previously rented in Cozumel, Roatan & Utila. This was the best we have found.

Spacious, clean, and well appointed condo. Walking distance to a pretty good Tiki bar restaurant. Excellent miniwall shore diving right off the property with air and a rinse tank available on site. Not much else in the neighborhood, so need to rent a car to drive to other restaurants.

A perfect spot for our family of five. The location and property was amazing and was just what we were looking for. Everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Macabuca is a short walk and was our favorite restaurant. Duncan was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

The place was very clean … great extra supplies for guests … towels, spices, toilet paper … enough to get you started for the week ! Located right by the pool !! Would stay here again !

Property is as described. Great location for divers. Close to beach but you do need a car. Many more restaurants in the West Bay Area than last time we were here (2017), and of course Macabuca and Cracked Conch next door are awesome. Mattress in master could be updated.

This place couldn’t have been better. West Bay is a great place to be, easy to get around Cayman with a car so that’s not a problem. Dave’s place was clean, and updated compared to the other units our family rented. Having the pool right there to be in and use is the best thing ever. Small man made beach at end of road also perfect for playing in and watching sunsets. Not an easy road to walk in West Bay so a car is needed, but that shouldn’t deter you as this is very family friendly area and the neighbours were wonderful as well. All in all the perfect place we could have chosen and would come back in a heartbeat.

Property was amazing, very spacious and has everything you need. The grounds around the property are very very well maintained and relaxing environment. We meet several of the local residents and they were all very friendly. Enjoyed watching the sunsets and hanging out with them every night. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We have stayed at Coconut Bay around 4 or 5 times and this home is the best of updates. We had plenty utensils, plates, etc. Easy to hang up gear. The grill worked great. The property manager (Duncan) is east to find, rent gear/tanksweights from, and talk to. They had board games, cards, and many books. We left a puzzle to future guest! Can't wait to get back and visit with the friendly residents and pets. Must have a rental car, but our favorite bar is just down the street.

We were there as a family trip to celebrate the passing of a great man. The condo worked just fabulous for our needs. Having the pool and being close to the ocean was great. It’s best to have a vehicle from this location . Close to the turtle farm . I would highly recommend this unit. 💗The owners were easy to deal with and accommodating.

Absolutely loved Grand Cayman and Dave’s condo was just what we wanted... so well equipped and clean, beds were comfy and lot’s of towels. every thing you needed was there. Kitchen well equipped.... as well as bedrooms and bathrooms... also rafts,floats and beach chairs even a large beach mat... my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return 😀
