Localização: Praia a 5 min a pé, restaurante de excelente qualidade a 3 minutos a pé, pastelaria igualmente a 3 minutos de distância e bar para uns petiscos e disfrutar de uma bebida fresca ao fim do dia de topo. Moradia: Com muito espaço para desfrutar, quer interior e exterior, estacionamento no local.

Moradia muito quente pelo interior. Ar condicionado ou instalação de persianas exteriores proporcionaria uma qualidade do conforto térmico excelente à moradia. Ventoinhas disponíveis, não proporcionam o conforto desejado.
