Comfy and good value. Close to attractions.can use some upgrade in kitchen utensil

A gem hidden in the valley. Good value and functional stay.

There is no oven mat and the pan has no handle. I struggle to get food out of the stove and clean it.

Very nice experience, lovely house!

Very cozy and beautiful house, quite location, had all the things that we needed.

A little cold in the winter inside the house, but there are air conditioners and a heater.

Calm traditional neighborhood experience

Everything was amazing Extremely nice location - calm river nearby, Sakura blooming, cozy bars and cafes. You can walk everywhere, but unlike touristy center it’s quiet and calm. The property itself is a piece of art. Obviously renovated not long time ago. Everything is clean, a lot of space for luggage, nice mini garden. There is a kitchen, so you can cook. For me the most amazing thing was a traditional bathroom made of wood. Tatami bed is a must do while staying in Kyoto

El estilo de la casa, su modernidad y comodidad. La cocina, baño, habitaciones ... toda la casa es preciosa, amplia y acogedora. los amenities son de muy buena calidad, la lavadora/secadora es muy practica y tiene cafetera.
