Location, staff and the food. The room was also excellent for my needs.
The building I was in was locked and it was difficult to open when I left early in the morning.

Quiet place, nice nature and very kind people running the place,
The shower is small. The heating is scarce and you cannot regulate it so it is cold in the rooms, for my taste but this for sure depends on the Germany’s energy crisis and not on the property itself…..

close to the motorway and very good food at the restaurant
bed linen all colors, only white was not what I expected and of poor quality, very small bathroom and the towels blue and poor quality ( very thin) very small handsoap, the only one actually
