Central, convenient , clean. Close to MRT, shopping. Many food options nearby.
Wifi was very weak. Not many european food options for breakfast, but good coffee machine.

Most of the front staffs were friendly and courteous. I like their smile
One bad apple spoiled the whole basket! There was a particular front staff that was quite rude and not friendly.
