Arthur I think was his name, he checked us in when we arrived. We had never been to Paris before and had one afternoon/evening to explore. Arthur was awesome!! He took the time to show us on the computer where to go and what to see in the little time we were there. He also lined us up with a cab both to our start of exploration and to the airport early the next morning. We cannot say enough good things and thank you about him and his information. It was greatly appreciated.
There was nothing really didn't like. It was far away from what we wanted to see, but we knew it would be as we wanted to be close to the airport.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The restaurant offering for both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Parking was available underground. There is a free shuttle service from hotels in the area, including the Hilton Garden Inn, to the nearby Paris Orly airport.

The staff were fantastic and made the stay. Arthur particularly was excellent, we would literally come again just for him. We chose the hotel mainly for the location but he took better care of us than we’ve had at 5 star luxury hotels
