The location was fantastic , genuinely close to everything I needed, easy walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants, and public transport. Apartment looked good.Really convenient stay overall.
Two small things worth mentioning: the radiator in the room didn't seem to work, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. I could feel the wood frame through the mattress. Nothing major, just small comfort notes for future guests.

Lovely location, just outside the old town and near a supermarket.
Room was recently renovated and generally well presented.
The apartment really needed a fan!! It was very hot in the evenings, and there was no A/C, so put a small desk fan in the rooms?
My biggest gripe was the extra levels of admin connected with Blue Mandarin!! We stayed in three apartment rentals in Poland and Blue Mandarin was the only one that had ridiculous admin tasks!!
1. They sent a message on booking.com and by text message with a link to check in form that required you to make a payment. Yep. Despite that being a scam 99/100 times, this one was actually legit (I checked by accessing the form through their website and used a prepaid debit card to pay the £2 worth of city tax they demanded). Surely there is a better way of doing this?? None of the others had this requirement.
2. Required you to send your credit card details to them via text message to pay the damage deposit!! No way I was doing that!! So we had to go to their office on the other side of the old town before checking in to pay that. The process was simple enough, but cmon guys, asking for credit card details over text message is surely not okay!!

The location is great
Very poor experience!
The apartment is not what we booked, the photos do not show the apartment we actually lived in! At first thought it was no big deal, but the details have accumulated so much that I will be applying for a partial refund!
1. The beds are small, more like twin beds than double beds
2. Blinds in two of the three rooms are broken and were lying in the closet. We called a professional to repair, he said he could only hang the broken ones, no new ones yet.
3. The dishwasher was broken. When we opened the door, there was water inside. We told this to the cleaning person, but she just shrugged her shoulders
4. One night the neighbors from upstairs threw cigarette butts and bottles down on our balcony, in the morning we collected the shards.
5. Some of the dishes are cracked
6. coffee filters are damp and not usable
7. the beautiful roofещз, which was partly the reason for choosing this apartment, is broken and not usable
