The hotel is central and in a convenient location; the staff is very attentive, kind and professional; the breakfast was great and the rooftop bar offers a great view of the city landscapes.
The rooms have just enough space for a single individual, acceptable for a couple, but very tight for a duo to share a room with twin beds. The bathroom is very small too and with poor air circulation; the water pressure of shower was also weak and cleaning could be improved.

The breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly.
There was only one elevator working I imagine that they are cutting costs but that obliged everyone to bunch up togtrher in the elevator at a time where we should be worried about social distancing. We waitied a long time for the elevator so no-one wanted to wait even more. What good is it saying that thye follow all the protocol for COVID.
