- Mọi thứ đều tốt trong việc nhận phòng, trả phòng, và tiện nghi trong phòng cũng đáp ứng kỳ vọng.
- Nước uống được cung cấp.
- Vị trí khá tốt và dễ tìm thấy.
- Có thể gửi nhờ hành lý dễ dàng sau khi trả phòng.
- Hơi bất ngờ khi được yêu cầu cọc trước 50% tiền phòng vì trên booking ghi là thanh toán khi nhận phòng, tuy nhiên mọi thứ vẫn khá minh bạch nên đây không phải vấn đề lớn.

日本人街にあるため対日本人の対応は良かったと思います。部屋も可もなく不可もなく普通の分譲マンションの1室という感じでした。
宿泊に伴って、先に料金を払わないと泊まれないかもと言われその支払い方法などが送られてこなかった。
行ったら勝手に違う建物に変更されており不安があった点
