Location excellent for a good wander around Camden. Close to transport links for the whole of London.
Apartment was really well equipped, including milk, snacks and good coffee.
Good quality Toiletries - Rituals (my favourite Mehr 😊). Bathrooms and whole apartment spotless.
Beds so comfortable. A bit of train noise in the apartment, but not enough to disturb your sleep.

Very clean and modern apartment. Accessibility to place and transportation were great. Arriving was lovely to the place with some nice welcoming snacks.
Apartment is not a "serviced" apartment, there was no servicing and we were pretty disappointed at the fact that there wasn't a midweek clean as we had paid a decent fee for the stay and booked for 11 nights. Also air conditioning was only available in the bedroom which is important to note as the property was generally labelled as conditioned. Check out us relatively early at 10am, tried to push it with the property managers but had no luck - expected some leeway.

Location
We stayed here October 2024 and it was excellent. They have since changed ownership and it has gone drastically downhill. The front door to the building doesn’t close automatically any more and the magnetic lock is hanging on by one bolt. Massive security issue. The building is roasting hot, there is aircon in the main room of the apartment, but ours was restricted to only blow half power, this didn’t cool the place down sufficiently. When we arrived the hot water was off. We tried to trouble shoot but couldn’t work out the issue. We called customer service and was advised maintenance only work 9-5 Monday to Friday but they would send housekeeping to look at 10am the next morning. This was 6pm after a long flight from Australia and all we wanted was a shower. We figured out a small switch near the floor outside the bathroom had been turned off which in turn powered a control panel which kicked the boiler in. This was pure luck and it still took hours from there to get hot water.
All of the doorframes to the apartments are chipped and tired. Basically it looks like this lovely boutique business has been purchased by a larger business and they don’t intend to spend any money maintaining the brilliant reputation they had previously which is a real shame. It was also quite a lot more expensive than our last stay, which for the drop in quality and service was just insulting.
