I really liked that everything was close by and the rooms were cozy and the ac units were good at keeping the hot humidity out. Was fairly clean and the rooms did not feel cramped for 4 bunks.
Kitchen stove is a bit broken and would shut off occasionally while cooking. Some of the bathrooms have broken toilet paper holders and the toilet tank cover for the bathrooms were missing. None of the sinks have a drain plug which I was planning to do light laundry in but maybe that is why they are all broken. I wish there were lamps by each bunk as there was only 1 big box light so if someone wants to sleep or if someone is awake there is only bright as day or pitch black. They leave the balcony doors open and there is no ac in the common area so during this time of year (July for me) it was impossible to stay cool outside of my room. Photos had laundry machines but they do not offer laundry service thats only for cleaning linens.

An amazing hostel in the old city of San Juan. Just unbelievable. The place is wonderful, very cute and clean, the staff is very helpful.

Old san juan
I was bit by Bud Bugs all over my arms, back and legs,,, Kitchen counter had many ants,,,pubic hair in shower, reception blond girl had attitude and refused when i asked to switch bunks due to being bitten
