Waterfront Living in Port Charlotte FL
About this house rental
Nestled in Charlotte Harbor, this attractive house for $123 per night is a great option for your next break. Renovations completed late 2019 for this 3 bed/ 2bath family residence located on a saltwater canal! It's our future retirement home and features new tile flooring and quality furniture. However our time is spent in the screened lanai or on the new dock watching the fish jump. Renovations include wall and ceiling improvements and new floor tile throughout the house. Large main living area w/ large TV, leather couches, plenty of seating and a large mahogany wood desk. King bed in master, Queen in Bed2, and single bunk trundle bed in Bed3. We love the home and spend most of our time in the lanai enjoying the water views. We accept a single family for our winter season (1/1-3/31) a 3-month stay w/ discount. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Please inquire today. IAN UPDATE- The rear and surrounding vegetation had hurricane damage, but the home is ok. The back yard had several trees down. Some minor roof damage and the hot tub remains storm damaged awaiting the insurance process. Fortunately, the sea wall and dock were ok. All outdoor photos are post Ian.

This is a roomy and nicely furnished home, well worth the price - which reflects a few things that are dated. The location is outstanding. We lived on the dock and on the lanai and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful.

House is spacious and comfortable. Furniture is comfortable. There is plenty of sitting room and storage. The screened in Lanai is adorable and accessible to the pier. It is so peaceful. While having our morning coffee on the pier we had a visitor, the cutest little otter! Would most definywant to stay her again. The owner was amazing.

House is in a great area close to the airport, and to restaurants and shopping in Punta Gorda, Venice, and Sarasota. Gasparilla Island is a great day trip and only about 40 minutes away and Sanibel Island, well worth visiting, is just over an hour from the house. Plenty of fishing and kayaking nearby.

NICE HOME IN PERFECT LOCATION
House is in a great area close to the airport, and to restaurants and shopping in Punta Gorda, Venice, and Sarasota. Gasparilla Island is a great day trip and only about 40 minutes away and Sanibel Island, well worth visiting, is just over an hour from the house. Plenty of fishing and kayaking nearby.

Great location, close to several businesses. The owner was good to work with, he kept in touch throughout the stay to make sure things were going well. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice little home with beautiful view near everything that we needed.
Renting and communication for this property was great! It was located in a perfect vicinity to everything we can wanted to do and to see! Cute little home with a beautiful view out the back by the canal. Nicely updated in some ways and well provisioned for the guest. Would definitely return to same property.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
We spent a lot of time with family and others moving to or already living in the area, so we did not spend too much time of in the rental property. Not enough time to enjoy the hot tub or screened patio but we enjoyed the place and hope to have more time In the future.
