Second time we stayed. well kept. but we only used the room to sleep.
Next year we will probably stay somewhere else since we didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities.

this was a great find! the condo was spacious and clean. I’m going to try to get a room there next time I visit the area. I never even knew it was there. Absolutely would recommend this property!

very spacious! well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water and water pressure! overall a great value for the price! and thank you to the very nice woman who checked us in, she was so welcoming and friendly, offered us games and books to borrow.. great place for families
linens and towels need updating, tv in second bedroom would be nice.

This place is a hidden Gem!!! We searched through the photos and read the reviews, but we were Still Surprised when we reached our rental. It was more of an apartment! We said a few times "Wow! I could live here!" It was great with 2 Full-sized bedrooms, 2 Full-sized bathrooms, a Full-sized kitchen, yes, with full-sized appliances (even a washer and dryer). There was also a fold out couch. The screened in balcony (with ceiling fan) overlooked the pool, which was clean, with just the right temperature water. A park is across the street where you can watch the sunset over the Peace River. Restaurants are a short drive away, but you could easily make something and stay in, relax, and enjoy. Well worth the price! Would definitely like to stay there again.
We have nothing negative to say. We hope it fared well during the hurricane.

This was our second time staying here it was even better than the first time . The accommodations were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The only thing we had to bring was the food . We spend lots of time hanging out at the pool area , where we swam , bar-b-qued , played cornhole , shot pool and relaxed in the huge hot- tub. The park across the street is very nice too !!

We loved everything about our stay . The condo was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We spent most of our stay enjoying the pool area which every balcony overlooks. It was fun shooting pool , playing darts , and barbecuing poolside. The park across the street has a great fishing pier , playground , and kayaking launch area. We will definitely be back again !!!

, The only thing that could make the stay any better would be vending for drinks, and a bit of coffee to start our first morning We were delayed. ( NO FAULT) of facility. So we were exhausted, and easy access to atleast something to drink would have been helpful.
All in All, can't wait to go and stay a week not just one night.

loved the pool area and the excellent staff. They were so kind and helpful. It was so nice that they had chairs and a cooler for us to use on our beach day!
FLoors were a little dirty, and the dishwasher had a bad odor, but we did not use it until the day that we left. We informed staff.

we had to take the grandkids to the airport at 445 am so the location was perfect and it was quiet and a very nice setting.
the pool was fantastic and the pool table was too. And 2 king size beds, wow! My husband and I will be back for sure.
we realized the noise we did hear was the elevator going up and down till about 10. wasn't that bad but next stay may try for a different room as we were right beside the elevator. But again it wasn't terrible, think it only bothered me.

No BREAKFAST PROVIDED, BEING A TIME SHARE. THE KITCHEN WAS SUPPLED WITH ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO MAKE NECESSARY MEALS.POTS PANS PLATES CUPE UTENSILS ETC:

Charlotte Bay Resort is a small neighborhood resort. It is located across the street from Charlotte Harbor. There is a walking trail, playground, 2 piers and picnic tables. Great place to watch the sunset. Pool area at the resort is very nice.
Units could use some updating, but were comfortable.

The Facilities were nice, the pool area was wonderful. Condo is dated, but very nice and clean. Easy to get around the area. This was a great choice for us.
The beds were very hard to sleep on. Need to get softer mattresses. Need hotel softness.

Very clean! Apartment size accommodations cheaper than most hotel rooms. Port Charlotte's hidden treasure.

The only problem we had was that there wasn't a skillet to use in the kitchen. We called after office hours and were told that they would try to locate one, but never got one. We ened up borrowing one from a family member we were visiting.
The unit was super clean, roomy, great pool, quiet and convenient location. We will stay here every time we come to visit family in Punta Gorda.
