A quiet inspiring setting to calm and delight! The house sits 50 feet higher then the water with a long steep hill to the beach. Sit by the fire pit at the water's edge and luxuriate. This spacious house offers privacy and quiet in its natural setting, but it's less than 10 minutes to the Bremerton Ferry or the Amazing Bremerton Shipyards, or the Sub Base at Bangor or to the unforgettable Elandon Gardens! Three separate bedrooms hold 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed. A sleeping couch is in the dining room. With Full kitchen, Free Wi-fi and TV, and 2 to 3 cars parking in front of the garage , 8 can sleep here comfortably. Enjoy a tranquil water view from the house.

I wish the weather had cooperated so we could have taken advantage of the backyard and fire pit. Overall a lovely stat for my son and me. Very comfy and my teen son was thrilled with king sized bed in the 2nd room.

The rental was as described and as seen in photos with the only exception being that the back patio was nicer than anticipated. There was a plumbing issue during my stay (caused by previous renters flushing baby wipes - not caused by lack of maintenance). The landlord sent workmen over to fix the problem and when it could not be fixed the first night did not hesitate to reimburse me the cost of transferring to a hotel. I would happily stay here again for a future trip.

Total disappointment from the front door, the entire house and property. Pictures shown are not what you get. Clean, far from clean, unless you think dust, dirty stained carpet, unsweep floors, filthy windows and the list goes on. This property needs a lot of TLC, but it’s clear they do not care. In texting with the host she asked what they could do to make the stay better, however a total renovation would not have been an option.

Manuela was great in communication and responsiveness to all our needs, from wifi issues to paper towel shortage. The house is located by the beach but there's no real beach access for swimming and such. The age of the house is clearly evident in the kitchen cabinetry, the bathrooms, and the bedrooms. Appliances however seemed new and in a good working condition.
We had an issue with the cleanliness because it appeared whoever is doing the cleaning has not done a good job at all. This was also evident in how the place smelled when we just arrived. One of the bathtubs was draining very slowly and the other had a trickle for stream. Nevertheless I would recommend staying at this place.

Location is great and beautiful view of inlet. Nice shore walk at low tide. Close to ferry, groceries, and restaurants. Property needs some attention. Overall clean but carpets dirty. House needs painting inside. Outside grass and plants dead.

This house is in a great location for exploring the area. It's only minutes from the ferry terminal that gets you to Seattle. The lawn is a bit more than sloping. It's fairly steep and unfortunately wasn't mowed for our stay. The house has everything you need and was plenty big enough for 4 of us.

It’s quite spacious, so the 8of us were not crowded. It’s quiet and away from the street so no concerns about the kids being outside. I did think it would an easy walk down to water, where we could launch kayaks, but is just how interpreted the photo. The yard stops well short of the water, so not as easy as I thought. However it is a short drive to food, groceries, the ferry, etc, so the location is excellent, even for kayaking.

My daughter's fiancé is stationed at Bangor and this property was perfect for a visit. It's only 10-15 minutes from the ferry terminal which made a trip over to Seattle a breeze. Plus, there are plenty of local restaurants and shopping areas in Bremerton and Silverdale. The house was clean and well stocked, including box fans in all the bedrooms (which is a must for this Texas girl). We communicated easily with the host and the back porch view is fabulous. The yard down to the water was steep, but we enjoyed getting our exercise going up and down. Though the weather was cold and rainy, the house was warm and cozy and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. House was mostly clean and as described. Only complaint was getting down and back up from the fire pit and water. The hill was steep and the stairs to the water were as well.

Beautiful property, windows gave a great view, large family gathering area, perfect for our needs. Difficult to safely get down to lower area. Being in middle of business activity wasn't so great. The dogs barking in the night was a small problem. Over all, it was a very nice place to stay.

Nice getaway
A nice property to getaway for a few days. Quiet, relaxing, and calm. Enjoyed sitting on the back lawn, using the firepit, watching the water. This was our second time staying at this property and hope to return again in the future. The homeowner was very responsive to questions we had before we arrived.

There was also a shed on the side of the house and often there would be a man out there just standing in the shed. The problem with that is the shed is right outside the master bathroom, creepy. This house was a good size for us and the location, furnishings and the view was great, but the other issues took away from the giving a five star review.

Nice little house on the water in Kitsap. Private and quiet.
Overall a very positive experience. Check in process was easy, the space was a good size for our family of four. Basic furnishings but nice to have nothing fancy when you’re traveling kids. Travel pack and play and a highchair were also available which was nice.

This house is in the perfect location. The views are wonderful. The hill behind the house is steep and might not be suitable for everyone to walk down and back up. However, don’t let that deter you. Would absolutely stay here again.

Host was really polite! The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views!! You will certainly find some sand dollars if you venture down to the water.
