About this house rental
Welcome to the Berry House! We hope you will come and make yourself right at home in this unique, Oklahoma-themed place. At 955 sq ft, we offer a lot of bang for your buck. Three bedrooms with a queen, a full and a twin bed. Original wood floors, TVs in every room, and inviting decor are just the beginning. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove and laundry in garage. Initial stock of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, fresh linens, and laundry detergent provided. Parking for 5 vehicles, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and a high chair also provided. A cute, cute place!

I appreciate the host, the last min accommodations. We had another vrbo and it was canceled the night before. We drove in from CO, It was easy to check in. The host was quick to communicate. Clear instructions.I do feel like the price, the security deposit and such are a bit expensive compared to what you are getting. I understand this home is older however the shower curtain was not clean, the curtain in the shower as well. The shower head needs to be replaced. Again I understand the home is older but the smell was pretty bad. The windows are old and just full of dead bugs, webs and dirt. The home needs some work and a deep clean. We had the necessities we needed however.
