Nestled in Split-Dalmatia County, this lovely villa for $1,277 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Villa "Meri" is a 1100 m² property in a quiet suburb of Split. The city center, Diocletian's Palace and the beautiful town of Trogir are a 10-minute drive away. Kastel Sucurac is one of seven castles, first in the direction of Split towards Trogir. It is located in the town of Kastela. The settlement is located on the coast of Kastela Bay. In Kastel Sucurac there is the oldest tower of Kastela, which was built in 1392 by Archbishop Andrija Benzi of Split (Gualdo) to protect the peasants of the village Putalj on the slopes of Kozjak around the church Sv. George. With a series of additional interventions, the tower became a seaside settlement. The villa is suitable for 12 people. It consists of the ground floor, the first and the second floor. GROUND FLOOR (145m2) includes: a heated infinity pool (50m2) with a large terrace (100m2) of unique and special design, surrounded by greenery - plants, trees and colorful flowers and a large garden with barbecue area. In addition, a room for entertainment with billiards and darts. In addition, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen, a spacious living room and a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. In addition, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. FIRST FLOOR (175 m²) has 4 en-suite bedrooms and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a wonderful sea view on the islands of Brač, Šolta and Split. All rooms, including the living room and kitchen of the villa, have air conditioning, LCD TV and underfloor heating. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The entire villa, including the kitchen, living room and outdoor seating area, are exquisitely decorated with designer furniture, lighting and rugs. On the first floor there is also a terrace with jacuzzi and sun loungers and nearby there is the gym and bio sauna. SECOND FLOOR (140 m²) On the top of the villa is a large terrace with a beautiful pergola from which guests can enjoy the sunset or the breathtaking view with a glass of wine on a large sitting area in the evening. The materials used for the construction of the villa are: exclusive stone, Slavonian oak, porcelain, marble, granite and more. All of the above properties give the villa a special atmosphere. It is a true reflection of the uniqueness of the landscape, its fascinating surroundings with the pool and the overall atmosphere that confirms how special this place of luxury and sensation is. Although the photographs of the Villa "Meri" look stunning, in reality it is even more fascinating.

Die Villa war super wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der beheizbare Pool war fuer unsere Kinder der Hit und wir genossen die Sauna wie auch das Jakuzzi in vollen Umpfang. Die Villa war sehr sauber und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Familie Dragun hat uns bei Ankunft eine kalte Platte mit einheimischen Spezialitaeten wie Kaese und Schinken serviert was sehr nett war. Ich kann die Villa auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen! Bei unserem naechsten Kroatienurlaub werden wir auf jedenfall bei der Familie Dragun buchen.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich!

Die Villa ist Groß und sehr Sauber es hat sehr viel zu bieten, Kinder können spielen und toben, es ist wirklich Wunderschön genauso wie die gesamte Lage. Der Ausblick über die Stadt Split, das Meer und die Inseln ist sehr schön, dazu noch der Blick auf die umliegenden Berge ist ein Traum. Der Swimmingpool ist riesig und es macht sehr viel Spass darin zu schwimmen und zu plantschen so muss man nicht unbedingt ans Meer fahren. Der Urlaub war Erholung PUR, ich werde sicherlich wieder kommen.

The place had it all! It was shiny new and very clean. You have everything you need in the house, almost no need to leave the property and go anywhere!. The host was really service minded and easy to communicate with. Really recomend this place and we hope to come back next year.
