About this condo rental

Nestled in Bayamon, this attractive condo for $90 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Great Island Escape! Come to Puerto Rico, our goal is your comfort. We offer our guests a very comfortable stay with two newly renovated bedrooms, dining room, living room with futon sofa and a small kitchen. Ideal for a family vacation, each bedroom has a full sized mattress, a powerful air conditioning, a closet and a night table. Located 10 minutes from all the familiar stores and restaurants at Plaza Del Sol, which include a movie theater, Chili's, Walmart, Longhorn Steak House and at least a dozen local restaurants and eateries in the area for local food. You will also be approximately half an hour from Old San Juan, Condado Beach area, El Trolley Beach, Casa Bacardi, the water trolley to Vieques or Culebra islands and much more. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Unit B has its own separate entrance and is detached from Unit A by a 10' driveway. Parking is available for Unit B in the driveway in front of the iron gates. Parking in front of the house on the street is intended for Unit A guests.

It's a great small apartment. Need ac in the living room on very hot days. What I didn't like was the lack of local TV. I was not there to watch locat TV, but it would have been nice to have. Roku Guide has many channels, but they are not local. That and the lack of ac in the living room are my only complaints. May use this location in the future.

The property seems newly renovated and is spotless. Quiet neighborhood. Host is quick at responding inquiries and request.

I would rent again. If a new bed with a great Mattress would be new. We really couldn’t sleep well. Pillows were terrible. I have to honest.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC in our room, turning off at night, but I am sure it was just user error because we changed the mode. I love that the bathroom has a netted opening at the top of the wall through which you can hear the sounds of the night. It also makes cool showers feel amazing since it’s open to air. We were slightly confused about the entrance, but we later figured out that we only have the back portion of the house. We were slightly disappointed that the doors to the backyard were locked because we were very interested in the breadfruit growing out back. Decorations were very nice and simple, and the place smelled nice.
