About this condo rental
Nestled in Hampton Beach, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This unit not affiliated with the ships inn hotel . the pool is next door not in the same property. No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only . Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, with 2 swimming pool you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building . the pool is next door not in the same property this property features. 8 apartments all units are 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and window AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed and a portable AC .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed. smart TV in the living room , and internet. pool access. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. first floor is good for old people and handicapped . we offer 1 parking per unit and can provide extra parking for additional cost . Our parking fits midsize cars and SUV only if you have large trucks or large SUV let us know to provide additional parking

Sami was such a gracious and helpful owner/manager. He came and explained everything we needed a couple times and was always so kind and had a smile. We loved our stay. Great location and the quality of the room/apartment was outstanding

Close to the beach and it is wonderful. In the appart: Pots & pans need to be upgraded or replaced and the bath should be changed or reglazed. Parking lot so small that trucks can lock people in the parking and it is impossible to leave. We heard we have to wait for the person's car back and cannot be towoed The best part was the closeness to the beach and restaurants with sun and warm climate.

We rented here for our 3rd year straight! Easy to get to, centrally located, and Property Management is consistent and never an issue! The apartment was as pictured and always sufficient for our needs.
The Property Manager Sami is fantastic! And Adriana who does the cleaning is so very sweet, respectful of renters, and she does a great job!

We were a family of four, we like the space in the apartment. Mostly the location right behind the arcade (for the boys). Also the beach just around the corner (5 min walk).
We would go again, and we won’t forget to bring our towels.

Nice place beds were comfortable the wifi sucks couldnt watch Netflix. Nice area 2 min ealk to the beach pool across the street. No ocean view like they advertised all in all i had a nice stay

Overall we had a great stay. The place was close to everything, the flamingo coffee shop is right behind the place and was awesome. The streaming tv worked as expected, we stream so we are used to the tv going in and out. Overall we had a great time and the place was exactly what we expected. We would stay there again!

Property was just like listed, Excellent location to beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi on TV could be improved bit otherwise excellent property to stay with family. Host was excellent and helped with anything we needed! Definitely would rent again for sure.

The layout of the place was nice and the area is very cute, but it's older and the baseboard heat was impossible to get adjusted, the Wifi was too weak to use, and I can see the parking being an issue in the summer. When we came in some of the ceiling was in our shower from where they were working in it from above. The beds were comfortable, but the couch was not. We had a nice time in the area and with our time together and for that, I'll give it an ok, but I will probably choose another property if there's a next time.

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Great location. Sami was very quick to respond for any questions we had. Agreed with a previous review that the parking is tight, so a larger SUV would have a difficult time.

For what the cost was to rent it for 4 nights it was a disappointment . Live and learn …We have stayed in rentals for many years now along the east coast and this is by far the most unkept rental we have stayed in . We continued to have a issues even watching tv each night as there was so much lag with the wifi we just gave up . The location was awesome for the boardwalk and our time at the beach .

Great location - not so great apartment
Just know what you are getting - the location is great, but the property is very poorely maintained. One block from the boardwalk, children loved the beach and arcades.
We rent from VRBO all the time, and this property was in the worst shape we have ever seen. Dirty doors, living room window taped with piece of plastic, portable AC plastic air intake tube sticking out from the bedroom window attached with tape and openining direrctly onto the steet. WiFI was spotty: occasionally fine, but more likely either off completely or too slow to stream. Rusty bathroom shelft and shower rod, old dirty warn out kitchen sponge, sticky folding chairs for sitting, no hooks to dry towels. Bring your own towels! Some of the dishes and utensils we took from the cupboard were dirty, we had to wash them before using. Utensils are probably the cheapes and flimsiest possible.
Come for the location, but definitely do not expect much from the property.

This could be a better place if someone took time into fixing it and payed attention to cleanliness.
We got to apt 1 walked in saw that our ac in the window was just in closed with plastic and tape on the other side of the ac So anyone walking by could easily see in and never mind breaking easily.My mother was supposed to have gone but became ill good thing because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable leaving her there.So I did express my concern to the manager and he was walking past me so I stopped and asked and voiced my concerns..He said it’s all in the descriptions as he thought I was complaining about the portable unit in the bedroom that was not hooked up.Iwas not !Hesaid complain to VRBO and that there was plexi glass over the windows but it broke a few weeks back???Well the amt of money I paid it should have been fixed before we go there.He really didn’t seem to care about my complaint .Alittle oxi clean on the doors might help it look cleaner as well.This property owner just doesn’t have any pride in it.I only gave it three stars for the location was great!I would not stay there again.Ihave pictures but can’t seem to upload!

Typical Hampton
We got what we expected. It was the typical Hampton vacation, we didn’t go in with high hopes and left feeling like we knew what we signed up for.
Pros-
* owner very responsive, came within minutes of messaging
* property was as advertised
Cons-
* cleanliness- we did find dog poop in the corner of the bedroom. Gag
* towels were limited. There were 6 of us for 3 nights and the housekeeper told us we were allowed 2 towels. We begged for 4 more, and she said ok if we promised to tip her.

Great place
This place was perfect for our trip. It had plenty of room so we didn’t all feel like we were on top of each other like a typical one-room hotel setup. It was close to the beach and shops and so convenient.

There were PROs and Cons to this location. I had my 2 teenage boys and elderly mom with us on the stay. The property itself was a prime location to the beach (one block away) and the boardwalk activities. It was clean when we arrived. Owner helped install the stand up air conditioner first day for us and was easy to keep up throughout trip. We never got a parking pass and owner said not needed that we had the first parking space reserved and we were OK. But found out later that can really take any spot on the lot. Spaces were very tight but manageable for a regular size vehicle.
Place had a full set of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. Even had paper plates and cups from previous stays which was helpful.
Chairs in the unit were missing. I had asked the owner what happened to them, he said previous tenants broke them, I saw him that afternoon to ask and he did provide us with 3 more folding chairs to be able to sit at the table for meals.
We also had to ask for extra bath towels (only 2 came with unit) for a week's stay which the owner gave to us gladly. We also then had to ask for extra toilet paper and paper towels (for the kitchen area). I suppose would have been OK if the paper towels was full before we arrived but was almost gone and since was the only use of drying dishes after use and spills, etc thought was odd that we couldn't get another roll to use.
The garbage pail had only one trash bag in it. At this point I made due and didn't ask for another one. We cleaned up the space and emptied the trash and recyclables before we left.
Overall if you are looking for a clean place with good parking this was a good spot. Neighborhood was sometimes noisy at night. Suggest if you choose this location try to stay on top units so you don't hear people walking about late at night. Lastly, bring and extra fan. Second bedroom was quite warm (even with the window air conditioner and stand up) for this time of the year. If I went again I may try another location a little further down on the strip to alleviate the noise.

4th of July was nuts here but the beach in the daytime was fun, safe and enjoyable. Bring your own linens and you’ll be fine. The queen bed was vm very comfy. Not a recommended area for small children right now.
