6th floor beautifully decorated condo at Grand Sandestin, by Baytowne Wharf Village at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Miramar Beach Florida. Completely furnished 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker. King bed in master and sofa bed in living room sleeps 4. Full kitchen and living room. 2 televisions. Patio with table and chairs with view as seen in first photo for those beautiful sunny days, sunsets and evenings. Full fitness center with exercise machines and weights and outside pool. A 5 minute walk into Baytowne Wharf Village where there are some 15-20 bars and restaurants along with shopping, kids activities including zip lining, trampoline, adventure climbs, video arcade, climbing frames, swings etc. In the Village Marina you can rent bicycles, mini golf equipment, paddle boards, pontoon boats and fishing gear. 3 golf courses on the resort less than a 5 minute drive away! Shuttle bus (owner provides free passes) runs from property door to the beautiful Sandestin private beach (takes about 5-7 minutes), the Marina and around the resort. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, or you can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach or just bring your own. The eastern side of the resort is adjacent to Grand Boulevard which is a street full of upmarket shops, cinema and restaurants including Tommy Bahama, Fleming Steakhouse, Emerils, PF Chang, Another Broken Egg cafe, The Wine Bar, Craft Bar and others along with a Publix Supermarket. Some 2+ miles from the resort to the West is the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 100 stores including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Swarovski, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Coach, Disney, GAP, Lacoste, Levi’s, Oakley, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and many more. This is the perfect property to spend time in! The owner was so incredibly helpful and responsive, I would recommend this unit to anyway needing a perfect get-away! There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t have and the unit was spotless and comfy. We will be back!

This condo is exactly as it appears in pictures plust more. We had such a fun stay and will definitely book again. Graham was very helpful with all suggestions from food, to drink to fun and he was very responsive to all quetions and follow up chats!

Overall the property is great. We did have a small problem with the garage access, but this wasn’t the owners fault and he was very helpful. The place is really cute and in a nice location. Loved the visit and appreciate his willingness to help get things resolved quickly with the parking garage.

We had a relaxing time at the condo. Graham is a 5 star host, and an excellent communicator. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed for a great stay, the bed is comfortable and the location was perfect . We didn’t get a chance to visit the pool or beach. Baytowne Village has changed drastically since our last visit to the area, but we still enjoyed walking around and people watching. We did have a great visit to the area, and ate some delicious food at First Watch, Boshamps, and the Donut Hole! Look forward to our next trip to Destin.

Graham, the host, exemplifies Southern hospitality at its finest. He took the time to ensure our vacation was great. We arrived early and Graham happened to be at the resort. This was a huge plus as he gave us a personal tour of the resort as well as showed us some of his favorite restaurants in Baytowne Village; a 5-minute walk from the resort. We couldn’t ask for more. The condo is as exactly as listed, simply a home away from home. It has all the amenities of a home, a full refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a Keurig with coffee pods, and a washer and dryer. The condo was immaculate. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Bay and the swimming pool and a wonderful sunset to cap off an evening. The resort offers two large hot tubs and a pool. If you want to exercise, it also has a small gym on the property with treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights. It also has a bar in the lobby if cocktails are your fancy. All in all, I say look no further. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

My wife and I stayed here for a conference at Grand Sandestin and this unit was perfect. Everything was as listed on VRBO. Graham provided very detailed instructions and check-in was easy. The unit is very nice, has everything you need, and has a nice view of the bay with a large balcony. Comfortable bed and furniture with plenty of room and 2 full bathrooms. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Graham goes above and beyond! This is a great condo, my wife, infant daughter and myself stayed in this condo and could not have been happier. It was small which was fine we didn' spend much time in the room but the guest bathroom provided a perfect place for us to put our pack n play and for our daughter to sleep at night. The complex was very nice and the room was very clean. The pool was wonderful and we were able to enjoy a quiet swim each morning with our daughter. When it came to the check in process, it was seamless, graham provided us the code in a timely manor and was available for questions and provided quick responses each time. I was even able to text him throughout our stay and ask for recommendations which was fantastic. The provided beach umbrella and chairs were a nice touch as well. If you are looking for a beach to visit I would recommend Henderson State Park which is about a 15 minute drive from the condo, it was $5 for all day access and was much quieter and less congested with the most clear water I have ever seen. If you get there early enough (between 8-10am) then you will have no problem finding a spot on the beach right on top of the water. The Village area was convenient and nice to walk to but the restaurants leave some to be desired in terms of service. If you can come to terms with waiting for a table and slow service at times the food is worth it! All in all this was a great trip and the unit hosted by Graham I would absolutely recommend!

The property was better than anticipated and Graham's communication was timely and informative. The location is perfect as we walked to the many restaurants and shops in Baytown Village. This one bedroom / two bath condo is very well appointed from top to bottom - very nice furnishings, comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and a handy washer/dryer all of which we put to good use. There are great views from the living area and from the balcony where you can relax and look at the pool and sunsets on the horizon. The village is a very short walk out the rear door of building with restaurant and shopping choices galore which made meals and evening ice cream ventures (maybe a little too) easy. We enjoyed many walks throughout the property and our time at the beach. Hopping on a shuttle to the beach was a real convenience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway. Special thanks to the owner for his attentiveness and availability to answer any and all questions. Hope we get to visit again in the not too distant future.

Wonderful location with so many convenient things to do around the resort. Loved the pool. The beaches were amazing, and glad the property owner supplied the umbrella and chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The decor in the condo was just as pictured. Very Nice!

What a lovely place! It’s spotless, and nicely appointed! It looks just like it does in the photos. 1: Beautiful views of the bay, and pool area 2: Bed, couch, and lounge chair are structurally sound and comfortable 3: Kitchen utensils are well stocked, and adequate 4: TV reception, and internet connect are excellent 5: Plenty of hot water/pressure and the best shower head ever 6: A/C worked great The owner/host was great to work with. He is extremely responsive and highly organized. We truly appreciated him getting the QR code for parking to us in advance of our arrival. Prior to booking, we read numerous reviews from other renters who rented in other Baytowne buildings that their property managers and/or owners did not get their QR codes to them until after they arrived (up to 2 days late) We certainly plan to rent again in the future. The apartment was just as we had hoped and expected. The photos are very accurate. It was nicely decorated and furnished and the view was amazing! It contained everything we needed. (A full length mirror would be a nice addition.)The second bath was such a bonus and came in handy. The balcony was very nice with a comfortable bistro set. The beach umbrella and chairs provided were perfect for our day at the beach. The couch was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed relaxing there often. I even looked for a manufacturer’s tag so I might purchase one. (We did not try the sleeper part.) The supplies provided were sufficient and appreciated. Communication with owner/manager was superb. The surrounding grounds were beautiful with the exception of two fountains on the grounds were dry and non functioning but I’m sure they will be fixed before the summer season starts. It was such a peaceful stay and we felt very safe. We visited late April. Overall we had a wonderful stay and plan to be a repeat customer. PS Be sure and try the pizza in the village. It was delicious and so handy!

Fantastic week at this location. The property was exactly as described and could not have been more ideal for our family of 3. The host, Graham was the best we’ve ever dealt with. Everything was simply perfect. Zero hassle check in, instructions were clear and simple. The location is fantastic, 5 min walk to the Baytowne Wharf and all of their activities. The photographs of the property are accurate and represent the property well. We will definitely look to book the same condo for next Fall break. We could not have been any happier with our choice. At the last minute, my wife and I decided to head to Sandestin a quick little get away at the last minute. The owner, Graham, was incredible and provided us with a great deal of information. No issues at all and has our highest recommendation. This condo was perfect for us. Amazing decor, very clean, and made us feel like it was a home away from home. Great views from balcony over looking pool and bay. Location is incredible and a very short walk to all that you need, no need to get back in the car. We will be back!

We had a great time! This was our 2nd time staying at Baytowne Warf- we previously stayed in Elations and wanted to try the Grand SanDestin. The location, building, amenities, staff, etc were all amazing. Our host was so helpful from before the trip and during. The lines of communication were very open. We also enjoyed our host’s eating and activity recommendations. We definitely plan to stay again!

The main reasons I booked this listing were based on other reviews of 1. Cleanliness and 2. Communication with the owner. They were 100% right! This property definitely met my expectations of clean. Everything was tidy and spotless. Graham was exceptionally easy to communicate with, from the moment I booked to the morning we checked out. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we loved watching the fireworks show (twice in one week!). Our kids loved the pool, and although we did not visit any of the other pools on the resort, I don’t doubt that the one right outside this condo was by far the best! If I had anything remotely negative to say, it would be that our family didn’t particularly care for the tram/shuttle service. We did use it twice, however we were too impatient to wait other times. I also did not care much for the beach access the tram runs to for the grand Sandestin. Graham recommended a spot, but we ultimately drove a short distance each day to a less crowded area. My husband found it difficult to find a luggage cart at times, which was his only complaint. These were minor things that were just preferences for our family, but others would not mind I’m sure! All in all, I’m so happy we went with this listing!

My husband, myself and our 13 year old son stayed at this property for the past week. We were very impressed by the cleanliness in the unit, immaculate. It was stocked with basic necessities as listed. It is located in a very upscale resort. Parking was in an underground garbage which was very convenient. Luggage carts were available for use upon arrival in garage area. Elevators were very responsive. We did not use the pool but it looked pristine as did the entire grounds of the resort and Sandestin area. The teams were easy to use and navigate. Baytown Warf is literally a 2 minute walk from the back of the resort and very family friendly. We had an amazing view of the fireworks show from our balcony that was held at the warf on Tuesday. The beach was super crowded from early morning until about 330. We did golf at 3 of the golf courses within Baytown and they were awesome complete with high tech hold carts and friendly staff. Lastly, Graham, the owner, was very quick to respond to questions and VERY helpful/accommodating!! Loved our stay will definitely stay again!!
