Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 3 bath on 3 level home decorated in a lake theme for the outdoorsman at heart. Located in a quiet cove close to Lost Bridge South boat ramp makes it easy for boat launching. Enjoy two living areas; main floor and in the basement both having tv's with Hulu live streaming, the basement with bluray player for watching movies. Sleeps 10 on beds with a twin over full bunk bed and pull out twin in the basement living area. A crib is available in the basement bedroom closet. Full kitchen with griddles, instant pot, crockpot, blender, ice tea maker, many utensils and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, gas grill, and Wifi are available as well. Enjoy the two decks with the bottom deck covered to sit outside with a cup of coffee during a rain storm and relax. Spend the evenings enjoying s'mores and conversation around the firepit. The parking pad in front of the cabin makes parking your boat trailer easy or use for extra parking of vehicles.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful place! Loved our stay here. Felt like a home away from home for our family and the host Dana was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be returning to stay here again!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and had plenty of space for our group of six. Dana, the owner, was a gem to work with and responded quickly to questions. The cabin was stocked with all kinds of kitchen items, so cooking was a breeze. Beautiful area, close to Rogers, Bentonville & Eureka Springs. We stayed over Christmas & the cabin was decorated for Christmas -so fun. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place on the lake. Plenty of room for 5 or more adults. Fully stocked with everything needed for a couple of nights at the firepit and plenty of pots, pans and plates for us to make meals. Easy access to the lake for shore fishing. Definitely recommended and would return.

The property is beautiful and quiet. Getting down to it with a trailer was a little difficult but thats just that whole area. Well worth the navigational precision it took to get down in there though! It was spacious, we were supposed to have a few other with us that couldnt make it but there would have been more than enough room for them. House was well stocked with amenities if we had needed them. Located right between the events in Rogers and Eureka Springs, was a perfect stay!

Last minute trip to Beaver Lake and we were NOT disappointed. Everything about this vacation home was perfect for our stay. The house was in a peaceful location overlooking the lake. There was plenty of room for our group and we even enjoyed an evening sitting around a fire pit.

Everything was exactly as described in the posting. They even had the fire pit filled with sticks and kindling ready to get a fire going. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Lots of stuff to do right at the cabin. Would live there if we could. The water in the lake was so beautifully clear and the perfect temperature. Would recommend highly to any and everyone who's going to NW Arkansas.

This is a beautiful rental!! Communication with the Owner/ Dana is excellent. She was always available with answers and information, very accommodating!! The Cabin was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all essentials. This was such at treat for our family...Three decks, a fire pit, easy access to the Lake. We hope to be able to visit again!

Very welcoming to arrive with mini tree lights on to this very clean and wonderfully decorated cabin. Host kept in contact with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking, beds very comfortable and plenty of towels in each bath. We enjoyed the indoor wood burning fireplace with wood available inside as well as outside the door. The firepit was great with plenty of wood available--even saw deer going by while we were sitting outside. This cabin was perfect for four adults, but would certainly comfortably house a much larger group. We had a wonderful stay!

Came to Arkansas with my sisters and husbands. The house was wonderful. Everything you need and more. The kitchen was stocked to the hilt. Used the washer and dryer almost nightly to wash our fish smelling clothes. Getting to the lake is a little difficult if you aren’t very mobile, but my sister made it with bad knees. We roasted hotdogs in the fire pit Just had a perfect week. Thank you Dana and Ed for such a great place.

Owner was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The property was clean, cozy and well kept. Everything that we needed was there. Fresh ground coffee was a nice surprise. We had a relaxing stay in an area that was beautiful. The Lake was accessible at a fairly steep incline at the bottom of the property, but my husband and son were able to carry 2 kayaks up and down the hill. We got a workup though. The place was very cozy and worked fine for us. It would be well suited for several couples or adults and several children that could share sleeping area. I would definately visit again and how to some day.

We have stayed a week here, and it was absolutely perfect. Very relaxing, cabin is cozy, and easy access to water for our boat. Cabin is always clean when we arrive, and Dana is very responsive to any questions. Everything from the checking in, and leaving was very smooth. We hope to be back next year!

The house was very comfortable and worked well for us. There are lots of animals on the walls looking at you but we knew to expect that from the pictures. The only issue was that the shower drains were a bit slow.

This place was amazing inside and out! It was perfect for our family of 10! We enjoyed the quiet water front in the day, grilling and relaxing on the decks in the afternoon, and being able to settle in with a movie in the spacious living rooms at night! Our favorite part was the quiet cove for sure! Would highly recommend this place! Thank you to Dana and Ed for opening your beautiful place to our family!

The cabin was perfect for us, we were afraid that it would be too tight as our group expanded but we ended up just fine. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The hosts and neighbors are great and helped us out in a pinch.

Y'all, the photos don't do it justice. We rented this cabin the week between Christmas and New Year and it was incredible. I love how every level/bedroom had a bathroom and every room was equally cozy and decorated. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was when we walked in. I am the type of person who will notice dirty nooks and rogue hairs. This home sparkled. A second plus was that the living area had enough seating for larger groups and was very comfortable. The kitchen was WELL outfitted. So many times I've brought food to cook and the pots and pans were a joke, this cabin had extremely reliable cookware. Dana & Ed were so responsive and we hope to come back very soon, we didn't want to leave. If you are thinking of staying here - DO IT! The location is absolutely STUNNING.

What a wonderful lake getaway! Dana and Ed have created an environment where you have everything you need to relax and enjoy the setting. Sitting in the main level living room felt like being in a treehouse. The wonderful deck was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea and to chill over dinner. Ed had the fire pit totally prepared for an evening fire the first night. All we had to do was light the flame. Three dear joined us on the property the second evening. We LOVED our stay!

This Cabin was fabulous. If I could give it a 10 I would. It was nicer than than the pictures represented. The kitchen was fully equipped. It had everything we needed. We are already planning our trip back next fall and will probably make it an annual trip. Ed and Dana - thanks so much for your hospitality and sharing your cabin with us!!!!
