Located in Beaver Lake, this lovely house for $325 per night is a great choice for your next break. We are Living the Dream here at Beaver Lake and we want to share it with you! We are conveniently located just 5 short miles from down town Rogers, AR where you will find a very homey down town atmosphere. We are 10 miles from down town Bentonville where you can visit the beautiful Crystal Bridges Museum , we are a scenic 40 minute drive to Historic Eureka Springs, 30 minutes from the White River Dam which offers some of the countries most incredible Rainbow and Brown Trout fly fishing. Prairie Creek Marina is only 5 minutes from our home by car, and 2 minutes from the launch to our dock by boat, its a wonderful new 10 lane boat launch, truly state of the art. This lake front paradise has everything you need to come and relax a spell. Your hosts Missy and Steve live right up stairs and your interaction will be as much or little as you prefer, we are happy to share our favorite fishing holes and secrets as we have created our own little fishing Mecca off our private dock year round! Our dock with a single boat slip and swimming platform is only a gentle grassy slope walk down to the lake. We have provided you with fishing gear, two kayaks, paddle board, and various size life jackets, there is also an assortment of comfy floats. We may be biased, but we think the sunrise and sunset view from our dock is the best on the lake! Outside you will find a 4 x 4' fire pit with plenty of seating, fire wood for making the tastiest S'mores, you will also have access to a new propane gas grill and 50 gallon smoker for cooking. The well kept back yard is very open which is perfect for horse shoes, Frisbee, kickball, and assorted outdoor activities. Inside there are THREE large bedrooms, Bedroom#1 has two full size beds with large walk in closet. Bedroom #2 King has a TemperPedic mattress, large closet, and ceiling fan. Bedroom #3 Two Twin over Full Bunk Beds, TV, and small board game room furnished with game table and two futons. These 3 bedrooms offer amazing comfort for sleeping 12. In addition there is a large sectional in the living room that can easily sleep 2 more! Please note that a $15 fee, per person, per day, will be applied for bookings over 6 guests. The living rooms TV is set up to watch Netflix and Hulu on the Roku, and WI FI access is included. A large hand made farm table will easily seat 10 people, so its perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is also perfect for when you and your family select one of the many board games from our game cabinet for Family game night. A small pub table, is perfect for a puzzle or to just sit and enjoy your coffee overlooking the lake view and plethora of abundant wild life. On any given day you will see deer, hummingbirds, foxes, raccoons, eagles, armadillos, and a possible stray Yorkie! (okay to pet the Yorkie, she's ours, just not the other animals) :) Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, large sink, large electric skillet with lid, oven/range, and dish service for 10. Bath and Luxury Beach Towels are provided during your stay, The full bathroom includes a shower, tub, sink, and vanity. Our home has a very welcoming vibe, and features eclectic decor including custom art painted by your host Missy. Our quiet neighborhood is located on a cul-de-sac which is surrounded by old growth trees, walnut, oak, and pin oak which nourish your soul. We want you to feel at home, everything you need is at your finger tips, so you can relax, unwind, reach your zen, and truly be Living the Dream on Beaver Lake! Cant wait for you to be our guest!

Awesome place. Great for hosting, grilling, and fishing. The veiws are amazing too. This place has everything you need. Very quite neighborhood and still close too all the attractions in town. The owners are awesome and super responsive if you need anything.

WOW!! There are so many things to love about this property!! Friendly. Clean. Stocked. Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient. Private. The location is perfect. Missy is awesome- she was very helpful with anything we could have needed and just lovely to visit with! The backyard is simply magical. And the lake. Oh Beaver Lake, you have my heart. I really can’t say enough about our time at the Kaza’s home. Don’t hesitate booking this place. You will not be disappointed!! We felt like we were ‘home’ the entire weekend and can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Kaza family for your hospitality and sharing your amazing home. We hope to see you again soon!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had the best time. The place is a lot bigger than it looked in the pics. We most enjoyed the swimming dock and fire pit. Location is so great. Feels out of town but so close to everything. Missy was a great host and took complete care of us. Thank you!

First, Missy and Steve are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile with information and assistance. The location is perfect and the decor of the living space is right on point. Enjoyed the wildlife and the backyard view and ammentities. Beautiful landscaping in the backyard. Also, the ability to use the dock was a plus. Lots of elements available for use making this a well-equipped stay. Even numerous items for the lake and fishing. Definately will be back and love Beaver Lake!

Just what we needed
Misty was such a kind and generous host. We didn’t have friends staying with us because of Covid but she was very kind to allow us to have them visit to sit around the fire pit and enjoy the kayaks and paddleboard. The beds are so comfortable, we slept really well. The kitchenette made it a bit challenging to cook for the group (no dishwasher) and next time we will bring our own cookware. Overall, we were so pleased to have this relaxing getaway right on the lake to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Kids swam and fished for hours off the slip and we really appreciated all the amenities from paddleboard, kayaks, tubes, fishing rods/tackle. The owners are upstairs but kept to themselves except to help a couple times when needed which was much appreciated.The back yard was great with a large fire pit and several deer who were constant visitors.Only negative is a couples bed/mattresses could be a lot better. Wasn't much of an issue though, just annoying.I would highly recommend this property. It was a tremendous bargain considering the number of people it sleeps and use of the boat slip.

Lakehouse rental feels like home
Being first time Vrbo renters, we didn’t know what to expect ... But, Nestled under the owner’s own home is a retreat with all the comforts of home. We were welcomed by the owner, who accommodated our request to arrive early.

And, so clean for a Lakehouse!
We availed ourselves to the dock and watched the boaters and water skiers go by. Sunset did not disappoint as we sat having happy hour each day.

Unbelievable graciousness!
We couldn't believe how kind & hospitable the property owners were! The yard was awesome, and they had croquet and lawn dice. Additionally the kayaks and paddle board was awesome too! Without a doubt, give this property and its' owners the highest recommendation possible.

Amazing Lake Property with Private Dock
Great location on Beaver Lake-- this property had what we were looking for-- a private dock on the lake in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was also stocked with so many extras to for our family to enjoy-- they had worms to fish with ready for us, ice in the freezer, etc etc. We didn't cook many meals but the quaint kitchen served us just fine and my husband used the grill to cook up a dinner. We also loved the fire pit to roast marshmallows for our s'mores-- which we brought, but they had also supplied ingredients for us to use. The host even brought me some ketchup when we forgot some at the store!! Even though this property is the basement of their home, it felt very private. We would highly recommend this property for families!

What an Incredible Holiday
Everything was over the top at the Kaza property. From the second we arrived we were greeted with over the top hospitality and warmth. During the entire trip it really was our own place. The whole basement is built out like a stand-alone home. It walks straight out to the backyard with plenty of shade and sun. Access to the dock is the easiest of any property we have every stayed at on Beaver Lake. The dock isn't shared which made it feel even more private and special for the weekend. There was plenty of utensils and cookware to cook for ten people and there was enough room indoors and outdoors to sit and eat. They supplied smores fixings and wood for the firepit that was already split!! yard games, fishing poles, floats, paddle boards and kayaks made it so we were never bored the entire weekend. They made fish chowder for themselves for dinner one night and surprised us when they brought us down some extra when we were pinned indoors during a thundershower. The hospitality was over the top.
We have stayed at at least a dozen different homes on Beaver and they all paled in comparison to this spot. Missy and her husband are absolutely crushing it at the Kaza property. we will be back. 11/10 would recommend.

Fantastic time
Property was beautiful just like pictures described. The hosts were great. They provided extra amenities like fishing poles, kayaks and even gave us stuff to make smores (even though we never made them), still a very kind gesture. Would highly recommend staying here..... Oh and the Views are incredible!

Wonderful Spring Break!
We stayed 4 nights during our spring break and had an amazing time! The accommodations were wonderful and we were thrilled to able to bring our boat and have use of the dock. Missy and Steve thought of everything to make our stay perfect, from sharing fishing spots to providing items for s'mores for perfect nights around the firepit! The space was uniquely decorated and charming! We loved having some family board games to play and had fun learning a couple of new ones. Definitely 5 stars for cleanliness and hospitality! We hope to return here again sometime! Thank you, Missy and Steve, for sharing your beautiful home at Beaver Lake!

Super Clean, Beautiful, and Accommodating!
I came down to Bentonville for an event with a crew of 10 people. We were very happy staying there. The house is right on the lake, the neighborhood is classy, and Missy and her family are very nice and accommodating. We needed a few more blankets and an air mattress and when we came back that night she had already delivered them. One thing to note is that there is only one bathroom so for 10 people that makes the morning a little rushed, however even with 10 people showering, we never ran out of hot water. We loved the fire pit outside and each night we were outside there were deer within 100' of us, which was entertaining. I highly recommend this home!
