Whether you are planning a family lake trip, a weekend with friends, a Razorback getaway, a Bentonville visit, or simply a quiet escape, Whitetail Retreat gives you the space and flexibility to make the stay your own.

The home offers multiple levels of living and sleeping space, making it especially comfortable for larger groups. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed, a full hall bathroom, comfortable living and gathering spaces, and access to multiple outdoor decks.

Downstairs you will find four queen beds, a full bathroom, a privacy door separating the downstairs sleeping area, a game and recreation space, and easy access to the lower outdoor area.

With one king bed and six queen beds throughout the home, Whitetail Retreat can accommodate up to 14 guests without relying on sofa beds or air mattresses.

There is plenty to do even when you are not on the lake. Guests can enjoy ping-pong, foosball, books, board games, puzzles, multiple indoor gathering areas, and several outdoor decks for relaxing and visiting.

One of the best parts of Whitetail Retreat is the peaceful wooded setting. The home features three separate outdoor deck areas, giving guests multiple places to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon drink, wildlife watching, or a quiet evening outside. You may see deer, squirrels, and other wildlife moving through the property, and depending on the season, you can enjoy glimpses of Beaver Lake through the trees. A grill is available for guests who want to cook outside.

You are close to the water without giving up the privacy of a wooded retreat. A nearby public lake access area is only a few minutes away at Little Shaddix Cove, where guests can swim, fish, relax by the water, or launch smaller watercraft. The Highway 12 boat ramp is approximately 5 minutes away and Prairie Creek Marina is approximately 10 minutes away.

Please note that neighborhood rules do not allow boats or trailers to be parked at the property, so guests bringing a boat should plan for marina or approved off-site storage.

Whitetail Retreat gives you the feeling of being tucked away near the lake while keeping you close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and Northwest Arkansas destinations. Nearby destinations include Downtown Rogers at approximately 15 minutes, Pinnacle Hills at approximately 25 minutes, and Downtown Bentonville at approximately 30 minutes.

Spend the day boating or swimming on Beaver Lake, explore Downtown Rogers, visit Bentonville restaurants and attractions, enjoy Crystal Bridges and the surrounding trails, or simply stay at the house and relax.

The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional folding chairs and TV trays available when your larger group wants to eat together. The living room includes comfortable seating, and additional chairs can be brought in as needed. Outdoor seating is spread among the decks, creating several smaller gathering spaces.

The driveway provides parking for approximately six vehicles. Please be aware that the driveway is steep, which is common in the Beaver Lake area. Guests should use extra care during wet, icy, or winter conditions.

Pets are welcome subject to our pet policy and applicable pet fee. The property is not fenced, and neighborhood rules require pets to remain leashed when outside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and supervising them outdoors.

Whitetail Retreat is located in a peaceful residential lake community. Wildlife and seasonal insects are common in this wooded Beaver Lake setting. Lake views vary by season because of the surrounding trees. The home is not directly waterfront. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Guests are expected to respect neighborhood quiet hours and surrounding residents.
