About this house rental
Yards from Beaver Lake with a gentle walk. This is the north end of Beaver Lake and is absolutely beautiful all year round. Comfortable and fully stocked, but also has two full rooms of GAMES!
NO PARTIES!!! If you are looking for an adult party house - this is NOT it. If you are looking for a great family time - this is it.

Game room (and garage) full of vintage games and pool table. Community pool, playground and tennis courts are at the end of the street. Boat launch is 5 minutes away.

Vangie is available from 8am to 10pm and responds quickly to phone calls or texts most of the time. If you have an emergency after 10 PM, please call Vangie’s cell phone twice in a row and it will override the silence feature and ring through.

We have a liability waiver that will be sent to you after booking. It needs to be signed and returned ASAP
NO EV charging. We currently do not have the electrical capacity for it and it could damage units in the house which will be charged to the guest.

Best place in Garfield! Great screened in back porch, beautifully remodeled home, and so much for kids of all ages to do in the wonderful arcade & game room. 3 kayaks can be easily carried to the shore. Don’t hesitate to book this home. It was our 4th time here and it gets better each visit.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful house and beautiful lake! Property was exactly as described and had everything that we needed and was very clean. We’d love to see a recliner added in the living room space. Great communication with the owner. I love that dogs are allowed. They even have dog bowls and toys and a fenced in space for dogs. The game rooms were awesome and everything worked for us without issue. There’s not much of a lake view, as listed in the description, but it’s an easy and short walk to the lake. The kayaks were fun for our adult kids. There’s also marshmallow roasting sticks by the firepit for S’mores. We look forward to coming back!

Super nice place! Exceeded our expectations! Super clean, beds were comfortable and was super pleased with all the cookware. Kids all loved the games and the scenery, dear would nearly eat from your hand. We'll be back!
