Situated in Beaver Lake, this attractive house for $375 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Update photos coming soon! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is approximately 100 gentle yards to the lake with winter views and surrounded by wild deer. Gas fireplace to warm the inside, fire pit and screened-in porch to enjoy the outside, when you're finished at the lake. 6 person hot tub sits on the oversized outdoor deck. The 2 game rooms are loaded with fun and vintage games - a Brunswick pool table, 2 vintage pinball machines, 2 Atari machines, foosball table, air hockey, indoor basketball, shuffle board, ping pong table, wall size Connect 4, karaoke and board games. 3 kayaks available. If the lake is not a great option because of the cold or weather, you will never lack for entertainment and the opportunity to enjoy a unique environment and getaway. We are slowly working through renovations as we have time between guests, so what you see on the photos may not be as beautiful and updated as the rooms you'll enjoy. NO PARTIES!!! If you are looking for an adult party house - this is NOT it. If you are looking for a great family time - this is it. We are in the process of updating some decor, so rooms may not look exactly like the photos when you arrive. DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE OR THERE IS A $1000 FEE. The host is amazing!! She is accommodating, responsive and goes above and beyond. The house is truly a little piece of paradise. The house is very cozy, beds are comfortable and lots of space. Lots of stuff to do inside the home and around the house. It was the perfect getaway. Only complaint is I didn’t have enough time there to beat my husbands score on the pinball machine:)

We had a great time staying. The home was well stocked, clean and cozy. There was entertainment for everyone, whether you are an “indoor” person or an “outdoor” type of person. Our stay was in early fall, so water activities were not something that we participated in, but there was close, easy access to the shoreline for fishing or just a walk in nature. The game rooms offered hours of entertainment as well. We spent most of our time out on the deck watching the deer and enjoying having the time to “unplug”.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, and the house was exactly as described. Perfect place for a family that includes lots of entertainment options with the game room and arcade. We will definitely being staying here again on our next trip to the area!

We decided to take a trip to the Ozark Mountains for a couple of weeks and decided to rent this house. The house is amazing. Great location if you want to take a trip to Eureka Springs or visit the lake and parks nearby. For those rainy days or bad weather we had a great time hanging out at the house playing games and shooting pool. We were never bored. The house had everything we needed. We didn't need to bring anything extra but our clothes. The owner communicated in a timely manner if I had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!

Accommodations were as described. Plenty of room for the six adults in our party. Lots of things to see and do. Loved watching the deer come up for breakfast and supper.

I wanted to get away with my children and daughter-in-law. Had an amazing experience. Able to feed the deer right off the porch. Had breakfast in the mornings outside. Kayaked to an island not far away. My son got the high school on pinball I spent several nights up till two or three in the morning, trying to beat his rear end. For me myself, it was a very memorable experience. I would go back in a heartbeat posts were kind and polite. Everything was superb with our visit and stay there.

Very nice house with beautiful views. The road in was outstanding. It was nice to have things to do while it was raining and couldn’t be on our bikes. The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. Honestly that could have been us not knowing how to operate it.

This place will be our go to from now on. It was our first family weekend with all of us in a good while. Usually one or more of us wouldn't make it. It was perfect and had everything we needed.
The game room was a huge hit and so was the hot tub. It was close enough to the lake that we could walk to it as well. The neighbors were friendly. Having the deer up.close and personal was amazing. The screened in porch was relaxing. Can't say enough!! This is by far, my favorites place and will be back.

We absolutely loved staying in this home! They have put alot of thought into the house. It's very clean with everything you need and so much to do, you can take a nice walk to the lake or go to the community pool. Put out the deer corn and relax in the hot tub and watch the deer come from all directions. 10/10 best weekend getaway

Already planning for next year! We had the best time in the house, on the decks, & on the lake. Room for the boat trailer & all 3 of our vehicles. Great dead end location, walk to community pool or a block to enter the lake. Loved all the games that entertained our 18 - 25 yr old kids! Vangie is very responsive and helpful.

Lakeside Arcade has something for everyone to have a great time! It was easy access to the lake and the kayaks were a lot of fun. We enjoyed the variety of games and even held a family tournament. The house was very clean and outdoor spaces too. Loved the fire pit and access to grill. Kitchen was well stocked. Vangie was very responsive and a wonderful host.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!
A great house with room to spread out or hang out together and play all the games. We really enjoyed our stay and the area is just beautiful overlooking the lake. The host was great at answering all my questions quickly and even provided info on where we could go horseback riding! The beds were very comfy and we really had everything we needed. We would most definitely stay again!

This house is better than the pictures!! Very spacious and clean with everything we needed to have a friends weekend. The games are a blast and it was so cool to walk across the street and be at the lake. Vangie was the best host, and we’ll definitely be staying here again, hopefully in the summer!!!

Perfect play Lake get away!!
This house is perfect for play and rest!
We played the multitude of games in the house with our kids and visitors- it was like a free arcade. We went for walks by Beaver Lake (stunning sights!), played at the nearby playground, had game nights/days, and read peacefully by the wood burning fireplace. It was just was our souls needed as a family. Even our dogs loved the get away. The hosts were so thoughtful in all the details even providing dog bowls. Wished we could have stayed for a week longer.

This house has plenty to keep you busy when you can't go out. Game room was great. We spent most of the weekend playing pinball. Don't forget to be outside at dusk when the deer come out to feed.
