Welcome to Casa Blanca - 29 Center Lane South Find the perfect combination of comfort and convenience in this new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage. With a gorgeous view of the cove and just steps away from all the lakefront amenities, how could you beat this perfect location? This home has a space for everyone. Starting with an open floor concept, the entire family can enjoy cooking and dinner together while others relax in front of the television nearby. There is a queen guest room downstairs for the convenience of those that may not want to stay upstairs. Also, feel free to take the party outside on the front porch or the back screened-in porch. Upstairs you'll find another queen guest space, as well as a built-in bunk room with four twin beds overlooking the East green and cove. Moving on to the King master, you will fall in love with this master oasis, complete with its own full bath. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10): FIRST FLOOR: - Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed SECOND FLOOR: - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom - Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Private Bathroom - Bunk Room: Four Twin Beds Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only. Our family had a great time at the rental property. The location in Carlton landing is great - a very close walk to the pool, beach, boat dock, and pizza place. The house had almost everything we needed to cook meals for our 6 adults and 3 young children. The house was in very nice condition, furniture was great, beds were comfortable. Recommendation for improvement - many of the windows had either thin or no drapes which meant a lot of light coming into bedrooms. The lack of a grill was inconvenient- the community grill was just a short walk but did not heat very fast and there was a line to use. Otherwise we thought the house was excellent.

Casa Blanca is perfect place to spend some time. It’s in one of the most gorgeous towns I’ve ever seen (right up there with Savannah) that really lends itself well to a relaxing vacation. The locals were welcoming and helpful. If I could make a suggestion for improvement, I would request an explanation of the streaming TV apps. There were many available (Netflix, HBO Max, etc.), but it was unclear if we should use them or if it would be better to sign into our own. We had a great time (my two sisters, their children, and me) and would definitely stay again.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Carlton Landing. It truly was a magical place to spend a few days together. Our accommodations at Junior B’s made the whole experience easier for us. The atmosphere at CL was the best! We’ll definitely be back!

This was out third to trip to CL and our second stay at Junie B's. The location could not be better with close access to the lake, pools and pizza place. The home is very well appointed and the décor is beautiful. The screened porch is perfect for a summer evening and there are 2 more porches as well! Now for a few cons. For our 4 day stay we were given 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher pods which is not near enough and the hand soap dispenser was empty. Our other issue this visit was the cleanliness. On the surface the home appeared clean but upon a closer look at the shelves, floors, mop boards, cupboards and corners were thick with dust. The worst part was the screened porch and the exterior which is covered in dead bugs, cobwebs and mud dobber nests to the point we could not enjoy the front porch or the porch off the master. When we stayed in May the exterior was not to this point and it has obviously not been attended to since then. The screen on the door to the porch is also ripped allowing in flies and bees. Junie B just needs a thorough deep clean inside and out to become a 10 again.

It was perfect!!!! Beautiful home with excellent decor. It was so inviting and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need. Was not able to use the balcony hammocks due to wasp nests and wasp swarming EVERYWHERE. We noticed they were everywhere in the neighborhood. I don’t know if it would help if maybe the house cleaners could maybe spray for those before renters arrive. We loved the property and would highly recommend it!!! Excellent location too!
