The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located in the center of Venice, in the Cannaregio district, the most animated of Venice. It is located a stone's throw from Strada Nova, the main artery of the city, full of shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other services (pharmacy and banks). The apartment, completely restored and equipped with every comfort, is located on the mezzanine floor, is large and quiet and overlooks a private garden. The apartment is managed by Giorgio and Gabriella, experienced hosts, who live in the same building.
The apartment measures 59 square meters and consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two complete bathrooms elegantly finished, one of which is exclusively for the master bedroom . The apartment has been completely restored and is equipped with all the services (high speed wi-fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher).
The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located three minutes from the ACTV vaporetto stop of Ca'd'Oro. Moreover, it is only 8 minutes away from the Fondamenta Nove stop, where the ALILAGUNA waterbuses coming from the Marco Polo airport and 15 minutes from the Santa Lucia railway station arrive.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Venice last weekend.We were so impressed with the communication with the owners who set up a what's app group shortly before we arrived and advised us on transport and how to get to the apartment and he then met us off the boat to escort us to the apartment.He also very kindly sent us recomendations for supermakets and restaurants. The apartment is in a perfect location and nothing is more than a 20 minute walk away.It has two great bedrooms, bathrooms and a lovely kitchen with all the facilities we needed.It was basically perfect for us and I'd totally recommend it.Looking forward to going back again soon.
