A cozy apartment on the 25th floor located in a luxury h2 condominium next to the Plaza Bocagrande Mall, in front of the Beach. We have one bedroom, one bathroom, full equipped kitchen, livingroom with smart TV and a large balcony to enjoy the view!

The Rafael Nuñez International airport is just 15 minutes away by taxi and the old city is 14 minutes by walking.

This property was wonderful. It overlooked the Naval base on the bay so when we were at property we were always entertained by soccer matches or watching ships entering and exciting the harbour. The beaches are closed and what is open is a nightmare but the beautiful pool on this property provided aquatic relief. The host was wonderful and so accommodating! This is a safe and secure building with a clean gym. The property is a great location and we walked to everything, but we are athletic types. The staff at the building is also wonderful. I recommend this property. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because the public beaches near property are closed indefinitely.

It is very difficult to find any fault with this apartment - everything was as described and the property owner, Rodrigo, could not have been more helpful. The views from the apartment, and from the excellent swimming pool area, are quite magnificent.
There is a large supermarket very close to the apartment, and the old town is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) though if you prefer, taxis are plentiful and cheap.
If we visit Cartagena again, we will look no further than this apartment.

This apartment is better than described. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you can want to have for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this beautiful city. The manager is very responsive and communication was great.
