Our place is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large yard full of trees including apple, plum trees and blackberries. They are yours for the picking. You will have your own building with a private entrance, and a garage (unfinished) with laundry facilities. Your will also have a large driveway to park whatever vehicle you would like. The studio feels roomy and includes a 50" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. no TV or cable subscription), electric fireplace, and environmentally friendly heat pump with Air Conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking essentials you need if you choose to stay in for a meal. We have a comfy queen bed with a high-end Beautyrest Black mattress. There is also a full fold out couch (please note that the fold out couch would be more comfortable sleeping smaller people, 5' 8" or less) and a queen air mattress.
