This recently updated beachfront home has stunning ocean views and private beach. Relax and enjoy the summer in this luxurious, direct waterfront fully furnished home just steps to beach, boating, fishing, swimming. You can hear the ocean as soon as you step out of your car, open the front door and you are looking at the ocean! Lay in the king size master bed and enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise and a refreshing cocktail on the patio in the afternoon after a relaxing day. This immaculate home has been recently remodeled with an open floor plan that offers gorgeous expansive views of Long Island Sound from the main room, kitchen, master king bedroom, side deck and seawall. From any of these places in the home you can see and smell Long Island Sound. In fact, once you walk out the side door and onto the side porch in less than 30 feet you can be swimming in the Niantic Bay and rinse off with outdoor shower. Ceiling fans, upscale furnishings, and lots of natural light with gorgeous views make this home the perfect beach vacation. Inside the home on the first floor we have a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, great room with gas fireplace, pull-out sofa bed, flat screen tv, built-in book shelves, and half bath. Apart from the tile floor in all three bathrooms, the entire home has hardwood floors. On the second floor, we have an oceanfront master king ensuite full bath and a queen bedroom ensuite full bath. Outside we have 3 parking spaces . Finally, there is a beach directly in front of the house. This beach changes from sandy to rocky depending on the weather and it is always a great place to swim. Niantic is a such a lovely town. Walking along the Niantic bay boardwalk is not to be missed. There are many little shops and boutiques in the village. There are large grocery stores and malls a short drive from the house. The house is centrally located for trips to the casinos for world famous entertainment and gambling, shopping, and restaurants. It is also close to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Newport Mansions, Block Island Ferry, Amtrak, Essex Steam train, and the Clinton and Westbrook outlets are all a short drive away. The historical Goodspeed Opera House as well as the Ivoryton Playhouse are available for some terrific shows in the evenings. Property was clean and comfortable. Location was good to be able to get to points of interest. Views out to the water are great any time of year.

This is a special property with a fantastic view of Long Island Sound. The place is decorated and furnished so you may feel right at home. The neighborhood is also a bonus. We had nice interactions with the dog walkers! We felt very safe in this community and hope to visit again.

The ocean view was so,so BEAUTIFUL,from the master bedroom it was as if you were one with the ocean and the sound of the waves I could never tire from.. Ii loved the color scheme, everything blended so perfectly. Like I said...MAGICAL. We did eat at CHARLIES,it was GREAT. Thank you

This was a great house for two couples. It has large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The beach had lots of shells and a bit rocky when we were there, but there’s plenty of space to lay out and the water is great. There’s lots to explore all around this area, so we didn’t spend too much time at the beach. The views are stunning and make breakfast and dinner dining really remarkable. As mentioned, plenty of space and everything you would expect to have in a house. Mark and Amy were helpful and responsive, no complaints there.

Mark and Amy have done a fantastic job with this property. My wife and I do VRBO frequently and can say ,without hesitation, this is one of the best homes we have rented. We had everything we needed from a well equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and outside furniture. The location is absolutely amazing with the beach, gentle waves and fishing right outside the door! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Plenty of easy access to everything we needed in town. We will definitely be returning to this property.
