Spend winter evenings curled up by the electric fireplace. You'll be just a few steps from a shared seasonal swimming pool and tennis courts that you can enjoy in the Ontario sunshine. Here at the North Creek Resort complex, you'll be a quarter-mile ski or stroll from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift and right next to a stop for the free shuttle that connects to Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south). The Village, with its cobblestone streets and turn-of-the-century architecture, is home to another ski lift and dozens of excellent restaurants and shops. Come summer, you can wade in the cool waters of South Georgian Bay at Northwinds Beach one mile north. There are also five golf courses located within a 12-mile drive, including Monterra Golf one mile down the road, and plenty of family fun to be had at Plunge! Aquatic Center. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cons: -the price per night was roughly double the listed price after all the “fees”. -no binder with any instructions whatsoever -no extra blankets and very thin duvets -few utensils -stained couch and cushions -low water pressure Pros -location, right beside the north chairlift -comfy beds

House was cozy and clean but we rented a two bath when water pressure was poor. Management sent repair man and he knew of problem.i was not pleased. It was advertised as a two bath but hardly enough water for one shower to run. I wish I had known this

We love the place we both thought it cute and perfect for the two of us. It was super close to the hills and the village so that was a plus, you also gave us a shuttle pass we loved. The hot tub was great, The only things we had a problem with is the water pressure in the showers weren’t that great, and the heat was super loud even putting the fan on low was still loud

We found our rental to be clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfy. Our only issue which is minor was the lack of water pressure when we all had of our showers.

Great stay for a small family and close enough the the Blue Mountain village area! Everything was clean upon arrival, check-in process was easy, the only thing I would mention that could use improvement would be the water pressure. To fill up the bathtub for our children took forever, but that is minor!

Property is in a nice area. However, there was quite a bit of dog hair in or around the main floor (which we cleaned up), which is not a deal breaker and I didn’t mind. I would recommend for sure.

We had a lovely time here. Perfectly suited for our needs as a couple. The only major disappointment was the electric fire place not working at all. A tech came in to take look at it, but there was nothing he could do. The fireplace (however electric) was a big part of what sold us on the unit, so this was disappointing. But we enjoyed everything else about our stay

This property was a great location. Quiet but close to the village, scenic caves, and the Northwinds beach. Short drive to into Collingwood. We had 3 adults in the unit which was fine as there was 2 washrooms. The listing says it can fit 6 adults but I think you would be on top of each other. Maybe 4 at most. We stayed 3 nights which was plenty. Any longer and it might have felt a little cramped. The property was clean and the check in process was very easy! Just smaller than the photos make it seem. Overall for the price per night and location I would definitely recommend! We will be back!

Pros: - close to village - lit tennis courts - 2 full baths - reimbursed for towels we had to purchase Cons: - not clean; bathrooms and some pillows smelled like old, dirty rags - many plates, pans and cutlery were visibly dirty and had to be cleaned prior to using; did not use many pots/pans because of the condition of them - most bath towels were under sink, touching the plunger and had to call multiple times and escalate before we could have usable towels (see pros) - dishwasher had dirty cups inside when we arrived - no in-unit laundry facility

Just returned from a two night getaway. Great location to the hills. Unit was very clean, well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms which was fantastic. Just myself and my daughter stayed. Would be a bit cramped for four ppl. Storage space lacking for clothing so pack light

Stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. It has two bathrooms with two showers, and all of the kitchen tools you need. We didn't use any of the amenities due to health and safety measures, so I can't speak to them. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Place was great, clean and well appointed. Only complaint is that the downstairs bathroom shower drain was plugged and did not drain at all Couldnt use it the two days that we were there. Other than that one thing, great place and would come back again.
