A little piece of Heaven

I liked how clean and crisp the room was. Nice bathroom, very clean. The bed was amazing, I had a great nights sleep.

The shower took forever to get hot and I was kind of disappointed that I had patio doors but they didn't open. I like to get fresh air. I'm assuming there was no balcony behind my doors.

A couple's outing

Evening.

The cleanliness was a bit sloppy. The pillows were sagging. It was a bit hard to sleep with.

Location was close to visiting my family/relatives and Blue Mountain.

There was no way to speak with the hotel front desk other than text! WTF! The inter-hotel telephone did not work. Other telephone numbers provided were not working. I had walk down the stairs from our room to go to the front desk to speak with someone to complain about other guests noise after quiet hours!!!!

Very nice

Looked great - easy to find - good location

The biggest complaint that I have is that ALL the pillows in our room 105 were lumpy and actually the lumps were even separating within the pillow itself - I did not have a good sleep We felt that the prices in the restaurant were quite high

Find somewhere else to stay…had a horrible experience.

Customer service is awful. Had some issues and the communication with manager and staff was horrible. Very delayed and late replies. And in the end, not helpful at all. Would not stay again. So disappointed that I do not even feel like starting to explain here—please find somewhere else to stay. We got stuck with this listing as it was the only one with so much availability during the busy holiday season (I guess for a reason) that could accommodate 24 guests. There are plenty of excellent resorts, hotels, and airbnbs in the area. Will definitely pick another place for our annual blue mountain trip.

Good hotel but customer service at reception a little off

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

Indoor pool was closed & when I was advised the hotel would not let me change/cancel my booking. Was also an error on my pricing & hotel charged me more than my rate, I got my money back through my travel agent but the way the hotel dealt with it was not very nice. Receptionist was rude & dismissive & didn’t even want to see my paperwork or booking information. Customer service needs improving.

An excellent stay, a perfect place for a getaway. Very good value for money.

The location is excellent and the grounds of the hotel are amazing. Lots of areas to sit or have a picnic, as well as bbq facilities. Room was spacious and well appointed, as well as very clean. Everything seemed to have been updated, the bathroom was very good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Gustav restaurant is worth a visit. Food at dinner was great, steak done to perfection. Breakfast was also very good.

The only minor criticism is that I found the bed and pillows a little too firm.

Wonderful, family friendly stay, would return!

Perfect ground floor walk out room to pool area. Travelled with young kids and had a playground as well. Hotel felt safe and not too busy. Also, thought it was great there was a BBQ you could rent to save money. Also, had microwave in the room as well as decent fridge; utilized both.

The only complaint is that the "sleep" itself was a bit uncomfortable. The bed was a bit tired and could use a new box spring or something of the sort.

Complete Disappointment

Nothing at all.

The ac of the room didn't go below 68. The outdoor pool was closed. The breakfast wasn't included in the booking. It was a complete nightmare. Should have booked a motel than this. On the booking site it said, pool view. But I got to see the locks.

Enjoyable stay, would definitely return.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and updated. Nice roomy shower. Microwave and bar fridge in room were very convenient. Good location and easy to find.

The a/c - heater unit in the room was loud and as a light sleeper, interrupted my sleep when it turned on.

the stay was great, the restaurant had exceptional oysters, everything was very clean. perfect for a romantic getaway

way too many text messages, I didn't even get a chance to settle in and I already got a text demanding to know when I'm leaving. It's was jarring.

Great location, comfortable rooms.

Very convenient location. Big, clean rooms.

Little to no sound proofing. We could hear every little noise from out in the the hallway all night.

We enjoyed the openness of the hotel. The king free bed room had lots of space.

Paul at the desk was helpful and entertaining Our restaurant breakfast was delicious and affordable. And the lovely blond lady that served us was delightful and efficient all at the same time Definitely would stay here again!!!

Our fridge had no freezer component. Not a huge problem for most

Nice hotel in a great location. Would stay again!

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good location close to Collingwood and Blue Mountain.

No sauna. Pool was not very warm although advertised as heated.
