Beautiful newly renovated room with water view, we had a few minor things like no spatula in the drawers but we made do, I moved a chair and there was a ripped up box underneath t from the last people we assumed. The property is nice, a little bit confusing getting to the pool from the new building though.

Spent another great weekend with our grandchildren. They live in Collingwood. We choose to stay here and have the kids stay with us to use the facilities

The review is more on Expedia, as when we got to the resort we were given a room that wasn't what I booked. Once we returned to the front desk, the corrected the error and provided the actual waterside room that I had booked.

We came to this property as a couple resort when we wanted to use the outdoor hot tub it was filled with hockey teams security was called and nothing done very upset booked this place as a birthday weekend not impressed

Really enjoyed our stay....great staff very friendly and helpful. Just felt a bit rushed during our spa experience. We purchased an Aquapath experience for me and my husband....love the spa but not much time for the amount of money that is spent.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All staffs we met are friendly and accomodating, the room we stayed in is clean. The amenities (pool, gym, restaurant) are great. Would definitely recommend to those visiting Collingwood.

For cleaning: they would charge us if we want our room clean. Most hotels don’t charge. We paid for our stay. There are too items to charge.

Good hotel. Rooms were very spacious and the restaurant was good. Good location. Nice property all around. Only concern was the room was not ready when we arrived at the designated check in time.

I liked the room. It was big and overseeing the lake. Also Nathan who helped us check in was very friendly and professional. But when we called to the receptionist later on a lady answered and was rude and told us we could not use the pool only on reservations. When we called back a few minutes after Nathan answered and was friendly and said we of course could use the pool until 9 that night as after is for reservations. Also in our room there was no hot water in the kitchen and the jets in the bath did not work. Also they do not clean the room daily. So a nice place but they need to upgrade it a bit.

Heating unit had a problem which was visited several times by maintenance staff but unable to fix. Offered a temporary room but inconvenient to relocate everday in a 3 day stay.

It was noisy room .literally could hear the neighbor's party noses and couldn't sleep.left with no sleep and tired. Exhaust in the washroom wasn't working and between 4 people using washroom was so suffocating. Booked because jacuzzi but it was so far from the room and we had a person with a leg and back problem and hard to find directions so confusing. And the jacuzzi they showed in the add wasn't even included.Staff at the front wasn't friendly..Wasn't worth the money.

Came in late and their were two staff at front desk - no acknowledgement for a good 3-4 minutes - then was explained about some additional fee they charge and was not impressed Rooms are in need of a refresh, walls floors and bathtub are old…. Very old - bed was comfortable and did have a kitchenette which was a bonus Also used the pool, which again was very aged and in need of a refresh Overall a cheaper stay then elsewhere in the area, for a reason

We stayed two nights on December 24&25 2023 in this hotel. I booked the hotel through the Expedia paid for a room with water view but they gave me a room with parking lot view. I placed my complaint with front desk and I was told that there is a glitch with the Expedia website and they are trying to fix it while I paid more money for the mentioned room. ( misleading information). Hotel is crowded and the main elevator is really old and take forever to use it. Swimming pool is small and not suitable for huge number of guests to be used. I checked another website before I booked it through the Expedia and breakfast was included the price of the room and unfortunately I didn’t get this option because I booked it through Expedia. I paid big money for breakfast in hotel restaurant because it was Christmas and no alternative to buy food in other restaurants. I paid $23 for service fee that I don’t have any idea why I have to pay that amount while I booked the room through the Expedia completely.I gave one star to this hotel.

Wonderful experience, the staff is friendly and very responsive, I liked the indoor pool, the room is pretty good and has everything you need, I requested only more chairs for dining, I was planning to use the spa but it turned out it closes early, this is not logical that check in starts 4 pm and spa closes 5 pm, so the ones booking 1 night will have no time for spa, unless hotel changes check in to 2pm or extends spa hours. Other than this I liked my stay

The size of the rooms were almost apartment/townhouse sized. Apple space. Hot tub was excellent and walking around the property towards the marina had excellent fall views.

We recently went for our honey moon. We had a great time. Check in was flawless, front desk staff were polite and helpful. When we got up to the room, it was nice and clean. Everything we had hoped for and more. This resort is close to every amenity that you could need. The spa was an enjoyable experience. The aqua path was a 45 min session (totally private ) and we had a nice relaxing massage. Great experience overall.

Room was disappointing mold in shower. Sofa was very worn out. Advertised as Deluxe and I feel that was dishonest. It was an anniversary getaway that I regret booking there.
