Spend your vacation at this ocean-side 3800 sq ft home that has 6 bedrooms, with 6 and a half bathrooms (5 en-suite bathrooms). The home comfortably sleeps 14 people, with a maximum of 10 adults.
The home features a Master Bedroom (1 king) located on the third floor, two Junior Masters (1 king, 1 queen), a spacious bedroom for two adults (1 queen), and the kids’ bunk-bed room (4 twins) on the second floor, and a first-floor bedroom with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
Situated 4 homes from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac that has no traffic from the boulevard, the home has an in-ground saltwater pool, 3 living rooms with flat-screen TVs, and all the amenities that you will need for your stay. The home has 3 decks, plus a lanai on the ground floor overlooking the pool, with plenty of covered space for shade.
See and hear the ocean from the living room, dining room, three bedrooms, and three decks. At almost 34 feet off the ground, the roof deck has spectacular, unobstructed views of the entire island, including the ocean, the bay, Fantasy Island, and Atlantic City at night. Featuring a large outdoor gas grill, a gourmet kitchen with a Wolf range, and a large dining space, you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The reverse living home has a three-stop elevator. The house includes beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach carts, and 10 beach badges. The home is located 1 street south of a handicapped beach entrance and lifeguard stand, and is serviced free of charge by the Long Beach Township Gator program for those who have difficulty walking on the sand.

This Is my second year renting this house . It is absolutely breath taking. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous house . best views, awesome Pool. On a great cul da sac on the beach block. Tim the owner is just a text away. He is amazing and so helpful and gets back to right away. Our Family & friends are spoiled we will never rent anywhere else haha

We had a wonderful time on a family vacation at this gorgeous property! . It is just as beautiful, clean and well decorated as the pictures show. Excellent location, pretty much on the beach and close to all attractions. The heated pool, outdoor grill and open kitchen were really outstanding. Rooftop views are breathtaking . The owner is exceptionally nice, professional, helpful, and responsive . We had no issues at all and would recommend this property highly especially for families!
