Situated in Warren, this charming house for $550 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **Sorry, not available for seasonal or long term rental** Your perfect four season getaway awaits! Our comfortable, completely renovated condo is located in the Summit development, just minutes from the Lincoln Peak base of Sugarbush Resort. We’re on the shuttle route if you prefer not to drive and located at the end of the drive, offering privacy and beautiful, unobstructed mountain views to the east. Steps from Village Run if you'd like to ski home when Mother Nature blesses us with enough natural snow but also right down the road from Mt Ellen and Mad River Glen as well! The home comfortably sleeps 9 with 2 full updated bathrooms. The first floor boasts a brand new mudroom entryway with a custom live edge maple bench and cubbies to store your gear and assist with getting ready, a full modern (and stocked) kitchen and dining area, laundry area with new washer/dryer, large bedroom (king bed) with a full bath. You'll stay perfectly comfortable in the summer with the brand new high efficiency air conditioning system. The living room on the first floor is spacious and comfortable for the whole family to gather with an enormous picture window to admire the breathtaking mountain views. Above the brand new gas fireplace, we have a 65 inch smart TV with multiple included streaming options (Youtube TV for live TV, Disney+, Apple+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc) and plenty of board/card games to enjoy with family and friends to unwind after a fantastic day on the slopes. We also have high speed fiber optic internet with wifi to help you stay connected. There are a few Google Assistants placed through out the home to help with turning lights on and off and getting the latest weather updates. Upstairs, there is a brand new family room with a 55" smart TV - perfect for sending the kids upstairs while you relax downstairs in front of the fire. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs as well. One queen room, one bunk room that sleeps 4 and one smaller bedroom with a full sized bed. There is also an additional full bathroom on the upper level. Don’t worry if skiing/snowboarding is not quite your thing...you can still be one with nature! We have miles of marked snowshoe trails to explore (one of which is literally right in the backyard). We have snowshoe trail maps available at the condo and the resort will rent you a pair if you need. We'd love to help you plan so please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions or want any suggestions!! Come for the mountains, stay for the valley! Make sure to make time for some of Mad River Valley’s finest food and beer (no trip would be complete without a trip to the Lawson’s Finest Liquids taproom). A selection of our favorite restaurants include: -Mad Taco -Canteen Creemee -Deco (inside Hostel Tevere) -American Flatbread (Pizza) -Madbush Falls (American) -Restaurant at the Hyde Away Inn (American) -Fit 2 Be Thai’d (Thai) Stop by the Mad River Taste Place in Waitsfield for a local charcuterie board and take home all the best VT provisions! What to be aware of: This condo is located at the top of the Summit condos, meaning great views and incredible tranquility, but there are some steps to climb to access the unit. Our dining table is expandable to 120" (leaves are contained in the table) so plenty of room for the whole family!

Laura’s place is perfect for bringing a family skiing. We’ll equipped with four bedrooms and all the little touches that make a place feel like home—or better! Easy access to drive to the mountain. You can walk down a short hill to get to the shuttle (not too hard for able bodies if it’s not icy). Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this home during February vacation. The listing was accurate and then some. We felt very at home with plenty of space to spread out. The home is very well appointed. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket of local goods by the owners. Owner, Laura was incredibly responsive and helpful from point of booking all the way through our stay. The home is in close proximity to the slopes and was a true pleasure to enjoy some winter fun in Vermont. Would certainly return to stay in this home in the winter or any other time of year. We truly cherish our time in the Mad River Valley and have been many times. This will certainly be a repeat. Highly recommend.

Great weekend stay!

Great weekend stay!

We had three families with 5 kids staying for a weekend. It was a fantastic condo - incredibly clean, well stocked and pleasant. The beds were all very comfortable. It's a quick ride to the mountain on the shuttle. To be warned there is a long flight of stairs to get to the condo and we had a child in a boot, but for the rest of us it was manageable. Would definitely book again!

The condo was super clean and recently remodeled. Very clear instructions and simple checkout process. Morning views are beautiful, so enjoy your breakfast with view of mountains and sun! The shuttle picks you up at bottom of the street and gets you to the mountain in about 4 minutes. Our kids loved their room and the WIFI!!!! Kitchen is very well equipped and the on demand water heater was key! All the kids were able to take showers back to back not having to wait for water to heat up again. Made bedtime process a lot easier. plenry of USB stations on every room. Lots of good details! Thank you!!!!!
