Spend your days skiing, golfing, and enjoying the seasonal pool and tennis courts, and pass the evening hours by unwinding in the jetted bathtub, curling up by the electric fireplace, and flipping through the cable offerings on the TV. Here in North Creek Resort, you'll be less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. The resort's free shuttle bus stops at the complex, allowing you to easily enjoy the dozens of shops and restaurants in Blue Mountain Village less than a mile south. When the snow makes way for sun, Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (a wonderful spot for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding) is a mile north, Monterra Golf is a mile south, and Wasaga Beach is a 20-mile drive to the east. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The place was very nice and clean. Someone called us back quickly when we didnt know how to start the heater. But, my bed was hard like a rock. I could barely sleep. But, my friend at the same resort had a nice and comfortable bed. So I supposed that we can not please everyone.

So many things wrong with this place. No clear direction on how to find your condo as reception was closed and it took so long to get a hold of someone on the phone. The place smelled musty and the bed sheets had stains and pieces of hair. Overall the customer service was awful and I'd advise you to change the bed sheets because it's disgusting to see stains.

Loved the ambiance and the cleanliness of the condo. I had a very comfortable stay. The only problem with the room was the refrigerator which had an issue during my stay. I hope that will be rectified by repairing/replacing the fridge unit. The customer service was awesome where they gave me a solution within no time. Big kudos to the team.

The condo was in a lovely area close to Blue Mountain Village and Collingwood. It was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals, with picnic tables outside and bbq grills if you wanted to grill and eat outside

Lovely resort, beautiful view of the mountains with access to Trail for hiking. Minutes from Blue mountain and Village. The bed, pillows and all linens were high end and so comfortable. The condo has been updated nicely, and has everything you need, just wish the sliding door and balcony was in better shape to enjoy while it was rainy. One recommendation is a new mop for house-keeping, because of musty floor smell apon arrival that was in the closet. But Thank you for sharing on a great long weekend.

The unit was so clean and well appointed. We loved the location of the resort in relation to the village and the beach. Only downside was that our unit was in the backside of the building and we would have preferred one on the front of the building. We were unable to get the sliding door to the deck open, other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, clean and basic room. Perfect for a couple and great location. Only complaint is the the property does have a few insects. A huge caterpillar was in the washroom and another bug crawled on me in the middle of the night. I would suggest increased pest control treatments. Otherwise, very comfy and we enjoyed our stay. I would return.

The condo was perfect for our week away. Close to the village and all amenities. There is a very limited selection of pots and pans but lots of plates and utensils. The bed is also extremely hard and uncomfortable. The condo was extremely clean and check-in was very easy.

This property was really close to Blue Mountain. Very convenient for bike riding the trails or heading to the beach. Unit is also right in front on bbq and picnic tables which was great. Only negative comments would be cleaning of the unit...wished it could have been a little cleaner. Duvet cover had stains on both sides ,(yuck!,)and the microwave was extremely dirty. During COVID, listing talks about more thorough cleaning but I highly doubt this is being done. Also, barely any dishwasher soap and needing a few more things in the kitchen such as baking pans ,(unit had none) and cutting board (,unit had none). Overall good value but need more effort on a thorough clean.
