It worked out but we would never rent from Vacasa.com again.

Enjoyed the amenities i.e. the pool, hot tub, tennis court and proximity of Thai Restaurant. The location was ideal - close to Blue Mountain Village, Collingwood, and Wasaga Beach.

The night we arrived, the unit was freezing cold when we arrived so we turned the air conditioning. Unbeknowns to us, there was a build up of ice in the air conditioner which melted, flooding the upstairs bedroom through to the main floor soaking the pull out couch where my grandson was sleeping and our suitcases were sitting in the water. We used up most of our towels cleaning it up and it took all day for the couch to partially dry out. That meant we could not use it until the second night and the sitting was extremely limited. Although the Asst Mgr responded by sending over more towels and a mtce. man, she did not follow up with me to ask whether the problem had been addressed to our satisfaction and when I inquired about a refund she told me not to phone her again but direct any questions, complaints directly to Vacasa.com, the owners. Also, the pictures on the website are very deceiving - the unit is VERY small, little seating. The kitchen is not very well equipped. The check-out time of 10 a.m. is very unreasonable especially considering you lose so much time with a 4 p.m. checking in time.

Would not recommend

It was dark when we arrived. No outside lights we couldn't get in with keylock had to call for help. Took us 1/2 hour to get in door. Steep icy stairs to get into unit. Microwave was not secure on shelf seemed like it could fall off shelf.

Great location close to the village but far enough away to not have all the noise. Fantastic little units with separate areas and a handy kitchen

Tv did work but resort needs updating and would be nice to restaurant on site

Reasonable place to ski and visit The blue mountain resort.

The place was cozy and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking. The place, linens and towels were all clean. The management company's online staff was responsive and the onsite staff was quite friendly and helpful.

There is no grocery or any store nearby. A club is operating the ski lift within walking distance so we had to drive to the village to ski. Furniture and kitchenware really need an upgrade. The sofa has decades of stains and dirt on it. The Barrel chair - man why are you still keeping this? - has been worn out years ago. And most of the chinaware is all chipped! The owner for sure can use a visit to Ikea! And also it's a good idea to do something about the heater's starting noise.

Pretty cozy place although the building is very old due for renovation. Food near the house is very good. Good for money. View is very good and you can walk your dog there. Staff was very friendly.

Very old building due for remodeling and pretty noise if you stay on the first floor. There was some complications between booking.com and the rental company but it was resolved eventually.

The booking process was stressful. Kept getting payment notification despite paying the amount in full. The agents are not quite equipped in solving booking issues, had to escalate to a supervisor to get the issue resolved. But other than that everything is good.

We had a good time, loved that it was so clean and attractive. Small glitches the staff that came to fix were very nice.

it was very very clean and it looked really nice. The bed linen was very nice. it had a good location.

Just small things. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable, and really really hard to pull out. The internet and TV didn’t work but they did send someone to fix it. There is a shuttle bus (which we would have used) but we were given instructions half way through are last day.
