All the bedrooms were upstair together and no bunk beds. Everything was clean.

The property had a great open main floor and living space, with multiple bedrooms upstairs. We didn’t end up using them, but several additional amenities like the sauna, hot tub, and fire pit were nice options to have. The property management team also responded rather promptly when support was needed which was much appreciated.
A few things made the overall stay disappointing for my group.
All the fire alarms across the whole house were going off intermittently for over an hour early one morning, which was a terrible way for everyone to be startled awake. While the staff responded fairly quickly and believe it was caused by high humidity, this issue also stemmed from the fact the AC was broken for the duration of our stay, meaning all the windows had to be open. This unfortunately still didn’t create enough airflow with the existing fans the first night, causing it to be very hot and muggy on the house. When the staff came to check the fire alarm issue, they did confirm the AC was broken and came back with fans, which was kind but truly wish the AC was just working to make our stay much more comfortable.
I was also disappointed with some cleanliness opportunities at the rental unfortunately. One notable call-out was the dusty/old boxers found under one of the beds from prior guests. Ideally these should be found if a higher standard of cleaning is met.
For the money we paid as a group, I would have hoped we wouldn’t have needed to encounter the issues above.
