Located in Red River, this charming condo for $251 per night is a great option for your next break. Step out onto your front porch as the crisp mountain air greets you with scenic views of the mountain from left to right. Across from the Red River Library and the Little Red School House, the views from the Grandview Townhomes encompasses the historic natural beauty of this little town in the mountains. Grandview #9 is a two bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town, but is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided during winter months) and satellite TV for your entertainment. The property does have WiFi. Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a 3/4 bath with a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and two oversized twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway, a shower downstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a total of 1036 square feet in the property. Other features include a front porch with seating and a gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No trailer parking. Wood is not provided in the summer months for fire pit/fireplace. Although, it can be purchased at the office. This property will allow pets under 100 lbs. with a $125 non-refundable pet fee due at the time of check in. Pets must be kept on the bottom floor and we ask that a crate is used when left alone. There is a gate in the property that should be used at the bottom of the staircase to keep all pets on the main floor. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. Grandview #9 is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature.

Only had a short dealing with management but they are pretty rude. Property is pretty outdated for price. There are better places to stay in red river especially for the price.

Was happy with the property other than the dishwasher not working. Beds were comfy and it was adequate for our stay.

My husband, myself and our pet stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time at Folk Fest. Despite being around the corner and down street a little, we could walk to Mothlode and it was still quiet at night. Very clean and comfortable bed. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on entry deck table and chairs. I would stay here again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay When we first checked in the managing department was very rude and short with us. However the property that we stayed in it was exactly the way it looked online was very clean and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We would rent this place again.

The townhouse was very pretty and neatly decorated. The beds were nice and the kids enjoyed the little beds in the wall. Only complaints were no hand soap in the entire unit, the dishwasher was broken, and there was no air conditioning, but that might be something unique to Red River (We had never been).
