Villa A1 is a modern luxury villa with private, heated swimming pool ( 8 x 5 m) designed and equipped with the best available standards. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and it is ideal for 12 persons. It is leased out as a private home; it encompasses four floors with a balconies and terraces on the approximate 300 m2 of usable space. On ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and air condition. First floor is designed as common space with large living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. It is connected with garden and sundeck area around private pool and outside dining area with barbeque. On second and third floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have southern orientation and access to large balconies with sea view. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.
