The view was breathtaking and the facilities were wonderful and spacious. The property had everything we needed!
Everything was lovely! It would have been nice to have been able to sit in the front garden to enjoy the view.

Lovely cottage with plenty of space for all of us. Very well equipped and great to have nature reserve to walk around. Great location for all we wanted to do.
Garden and entrance rather overgrown. Outdated map of route on nature reserve in pack caused some confusion. Not all handwash containers had sufficient handwash in (also one the tube was blocked). Would of been helpful to know the oven was a everhot as took quite some time to figure out how to use and the manual was not overly helpful. Also found the large bed mattress far to firm so didn't get the best sleep.

Heather Lea is like an ultra modern tardis - Much larger than expected and and with every conceivable luxury. Also a very calm, quiet and relaxing environment. As a cook, I loved the open plan kitchen and especially the range.
Beautiful location, loads of unspoilt walking, fly fishing on the river Nidd, bats, owls - whats not to like!
