Overall not bad.

The location was great. We didn't spend our days in the hotel so our experience is based on our nights there.

The mattress on the pullout couch could be better. You could feel the frame and it wasn't comfortable at times. the pullout couch needs 2 pillows and an extra thick blanket. When my husband checked in the staff was not pleasant to him.

Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were very spacious, clean, had all the kitchen needs. Breakfast was great! Everything was great. Location was perfect and it was quiet even being right off the highway.

Wonderful stay with great staff and customer services.

The comfort of the hotel, the space of the room, the convenience of the location, and the outside pool, although the rails need to be repaired (loose)

The taste of the eggs and potatoes; eggs did not taste like real eggs.

Not what I have come to expect from a Hilton property.

Location

Stayed 2 days without Internet. I had to use my own hotspot. Pillows were flat and completely worn out. I Addressed both with hotel staff which neither were taken care of. The hot portion of Breakfast was not desirable at all.

Good location breakfast can be better.

The location of the property is absolutely fantastic, close to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the room size.

The breakfast wasn’t great. There is a waffle maker, however most of the time you had to que for several minutes. One morning they only had powdered eggs. Nog to many choices for breakfast. Everyday same sausages and patties, not good quality meat.

Worst home2 I’ve ever stayed out 10/10 won’t be back to this location

Elevator went out multiple times (enjoy the fourth floor) tv didn’t work, ac, even though it was turned to 67 seems to pump out large amounts of warm humidity, pool was out of order. We don’t drink Fiji water, so was the bed even clean🤢

Just the location

The staff were not professional enough, especially the first person who checked me in. It seems the management used the schedule driver to check people in and out without customer service training, I was not comfortable with him when I was trying to check in that night, he doesn't smile nor provide a good customer service. The elevator was broken, and I had to take all my luggage up to the second floor while climbing the stairs, which was very difficult for me with my disability. The pool was out of order without any explanation of what was wrong with it. In addition, they were not enough toilet paper. Neither plastic trash. I believe the management doesn't have the skills to do something about the issues.

It was clean and nice.

The breakfast wasn’t that great. Definitely need another (or two more) waffle makers and the pool was down during our stay. Also there are no overhead lights in the rooms, just lamps so it was kinda dark

It was ok.

the room was nice and i had space to park my truck and 40ft trailer.

The pool was out of service due to failed inspection, and the rooms werent cleaned until after we left, since they go every 4 days.

30 minute check in time because no rooms reported to be ready by housekeeping at 3pm check in time no excuse for an uncrowded property

I really enjoyed me stay

The setting of the room and how clean and comfortable is was

I understand about covid but I think housekeeping can still check to see if you need any toiletries even it the customer doesn't request service. They should still check to see if they are ok.

Overall stay was great with the exception of the food.

"For the price, could be a lot better"

I like that the halls, elevators, and rooms did not smell bad...our room was fine AC and thermostat worked extremely well.... it was very pleasant.....

The shower water pressure was not very good at all... the body and shampoo dispensers in the shower wall were completely empty.... the drawer where the hair dryer was, was full of hair and dust really gross. I had to clean it with lysol wipes before I used it....there weren't extra blankets, not enough paper towels.

Great location. Convenient to airport. Friendly staff. Great gym. Close to food and shopping.

It ran out of shampoo in the dispensary. You could tell that it was a dog friendly hotel.

Great hotel but staff members could be better.

Female staff member didn’t treated us as she should. One night she called the police because we were at the lobby. Police told us that we could be at the lobby because she said we were laud, that’s how our tone of voice is as Puerto Ricans.
