This is a VINTAGE Apartment. It is a 50 year old building, and this Studio / Efficiency has been lovingly cared for. It is decorated with hand-stitched pillows & has beautiful honey oak floors. It is COZY & comfortable. This is an OCEANFRONT efficiency condo on the 2nd floor (1st floor above the Lobby Level). It has a fully equipped kitchen with an Outdoor POOL & sundeck on the same floor as the unit. There's a keyed entrance with an on-site manager, security cameras, laundry facility, underground parking garage, outside parking deck, elevators & free wireless INTERNET. The beach & Boardwalk are literally outside the front door. Relax on the PRIVATE BALCONY & enjoy the SPECTACULAR views. If you enjoy QUAINT & unpretentious.... and watching the sun rise over the ocean, this rental might be for you. **(MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS)**

We had a great end of year vacation at Jane's unit. Wonderful accommodations with everything we needed. Woke up each morning with colorful sunrises, and coffee on the balcony. Great communication with the owner. We highly recommend this place.

I stayed in this cute studio with my 15 year old daughter. We loved the view out on the water and the proximity to all our favorite shopping and eating places.
I am a CPAP user and I always worry about being able to set it up close enough to the bed. I didn't have any issues using the Murphy bed and plugging my CPAP into the wall outlet in the kitchen area. I used one of the chairs to sit it on. It puts it on your right if you are lying in the bed. This is opposite what I use at home but since it's just me, it wasn't an issue. You could probably use it on the left with an extension cord into the living room space.
Definitely would stay again.

I was looking for a beachfront spot to escape for a weekend with a stack of books and no particular plans, and this was the perfect spot! The owner's communication was incredible from start to finish, with very detailed information and instructions. The property is delightfully cozy with modern appliances but a lovely retro feel. The star (with an assist from the great weather I had this weekend) is the balcony, where I spent hours reading and taking in the ocean just feet away. Once I parked my car, I was on foot all weekend--piles of great restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I'll definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot for two retirees trying out a new vacation location. On the boardwalk, beautiful sunrises and weather, listening to the waves, etc… Couldn’t have asked for better communication with owner. It just worked out so well. Pretty sure we will be back.

One can’t beat oceanfront! This studio apt. is perfect for a couple, even a small family. It has everything you need to cook most anything. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the rolling ocean sounds is heavenly.
As seniors we enjoyed the quiet boardwalk and beach for our Fall getaway.

We had a wonderful time on Rehoboth Beach at Jane’s Place. The listing states “vintage” but that is decor only, it has all the needed amenities and was extremely comfortable! It’s spotlessly clean and is literally 20 steps from the beach but also boasts a balcony. Want to eat out? Tons of places within walking distance! Thank you so much for sharing your moms love of life with us!

Property location is top-tier, it was awesome to have our car parked within the building and be able to access it for beach stuff and kids stuff. Being right across from the pool was also amazing.

The unit itself was clean and quaint. Well equipped with all the things you need. The view was fabulous of course. The location is great, on the boardwalk but far enough away from the crowds. The underground parking garage was a great extra perk, not that we had to drive anywhere. The beach and pool are both at your fingertips. Property manager provided great communication. All of the above made for a great relaxing getaway before the start of the school year. Exactly what we needed. Thx for sharing your home!

What a special place to stay. Jane's unit has everything you would want in a beach rental: location, amenities, parking, ocean view. But the real special thing about it is the personal touches. From the thoughtful notes in the book on the kitchen table, to the decor, to the pictures of Jane enjoying all of the various activities in Rehoboth. My family and I have been to Rehoboth 3 times now in 5 years, and this was by far the best experience we've had. That is not to say our previous rentals were bad, Jane's unit is just that much better. We will be staying again next year for longer.

Super clean condo in the best location on the boardwalk. Watching beautiful sunrises over the ocean was priceless. Everything was clean and well thought out, and it was great walking out the front door onto the boardwalk & beach. All that for a reasonable price too. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved this cozy condo! The location is unbeatable. It’s right on the boardwalk but about a block or 2 out the the super busy part and couldn’t be closer to the beach. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised with the water pressure and the convenience of a closet with hangers to be able to unpack and settle in. We will hopefully be back next year!

Beautiful view of the ocean and had fun watching activities on the boardwalk, cozy atmosphere, could walk most places we wanted to go, made to feel most welcome to the Condo, and had so much fun with my best grandma friends!

There is nothing like taking the elevator down the the boardwalk and beach. What a great location. The studio unit is small but it worked fine for us. The view is incredible. You feel like your in the beach while on the balcony.

The studio had everything a vacationer would possibly need . Well thought out floor plan with comfortable accommodations. Very much appreciated all of the extras amenities. Beautiful view of the Atlantic and a hop and a skip away from the center of town. Restaurants, shopping and Fun Land all within walking distance. Very secure building .Highly recommend and will definitely return soon!

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying in AJ's family oceanfront condo. Great views, cozy, and well equipped for two or a small group. It's in walking distance of everything you need and the on-site parking is very convenient. I'd definitely recommend and we hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo…ten stars for the location, right on the beach/boardwalk…morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise and the surf…walking distance to restaurants and shops…and the place was immaculate! We are hoping to rent this condo several times per year from now on….

This unit was the PERFECT place for our family to get away from the cold winter months. It was clean, in an ideal location, and has a cute story about the owner and property. Communication with the property owner was a breeze. She was accommodating, friendly and offered a wealth of knowledge. Great access to many fun attractions. We'd definitely come back!

We stayed here in early March and had remarkably good luck with the weather (nearly 60 during most of our stay). The condo is cleverly appointed and very comfortable. It's only steps away from the boardwalk and the beach and not many more steps to the Rehoboth "main drag." We walked nearly everywhere. Enough of the area was "open" to give us plenty of choices for food and shopping. The owner supplied every bit of information that we'd need and the entire process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway you could not do better than this rental.

We absolutely loved staying at Jane's place and actually tried to extend our stay, but the place was already booked! It was perfect in every way for us. Host AJ responded literally within minutes when I had a question.
