Great location. Wonderful ocean views. Nice tv. Good parking.
A regular coffee maker rather than a Keurig. The lock to the apartment is old and difficult. Stained grout in the tub.

The location was great. The view was outstanding. The condo had everything we needed. The condo was tidy and all was in order. The AC was very good. The kitchen was well equipped. The appliances were new like stainless steel. The unit is about 25 minutes to the closest hospital. It has a pool, but we did not use. They have plenty of baggage carts for use. They have nice indoor parking. The beach directly in front of the building is very nice and has rental umbrellas and chairs. In walking distance to many restaurants. We would stay here again.
Getting into the unit was a bit confusing but made it in nicely. The shower/tub area had a bit of black on the caulking in some areas, which didn't give us a super clean feeling. We did bring our own bed linens and towels, but if we were flying in that would not have been possible. I don't think there was any filtered water. No cold-water dispenser in the frig. The outdoor parking area has restrictive signs that are super small and we missed them and gat a warning if we parked there again, we would be towed. Nothing here would have us give this a bad review.

The unit was exactly as pictured... tastefully decorated, comfortable, thoughtful & efficient use space, AMAZING location, STUNNING views - open curtains to wake up to sunrise on the beach. I honestly could not have asked for more.
There are no cons. Parking was accessible, check-in was flexible... absolutely no issues.
